We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains. Everything was as advertised, even better, with very welcoming hosts! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time in the heart of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

The cottage was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible views from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each bedroom is really a plus especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
