This studio apartment gave me a big surprise. I didn't expect the sofa bed to be so comfortable. The mattress is thick and large. Folding is convenient and simple.The bedding is very high-end and comfortable, with a faint fragrance.The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, the bathroom is clean and there is a clothes drying rack.Although we only met Mary once, we felt that she was an elegant lady, warm and friendly, and thoughtfully considered the guests. We received great value for money.We will remember this wonderful experience. Thank you🌹

Impeccable stay with a great host who is a native of the area. Knows all the corners and activities to do. Flawless accommodation, super accommodating in terms of cleaning for a 3-month stay. The accommodation contains all the necessary equipment and has a separate entrance. Super welcoming and super nice hostess.

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The town was walkable. Laurence was kind enough to offer transportation whenever we needed it and she helped us navigate the French train system and setting up restaurant reservations. The place was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well and very private! She made the experience of being in France very authentic; she definitely went above and beyond a typical AirBNB host.

This was a fantastic find. The property is a little out of the centre, so access to the property was a little tricky for us (there were no taxis, and the buses were very busy and late, I would advise prebooking a taxi ahead of time). The property is beautiful, just what you need and has all the amenities needed. It felt like everything was thought about and the property came with lots of recommendations. If you want to be on the outskirts, feel like a local, surrounded by nature and have a different view of life, this is the property for you! Matthieu was an excellent host, very responsive to any questions we had and helpful. We had an incident on our trip with the push bikes and Mathieu was very generous - as were all the locals helping us! Thank you for everything!

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

we had a great time at Camille's, who was always very responsive to our requests. Parking is a real plus, the location as well, it is very simple and quick to access the city center and the lake on foot. The jacuzzi is a real plus.
