The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured.
