Vacation rentals with a patio in Marta

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

I hadn't returned to San Martino in years, I wanted to take my family with us: the stay at Anders' place was wonderful. The apartment has a terrace with a great view: something unique for the colors, the diversity of the view, the peace and the sun that you can enjoy from morning to night. We loved eating, sunbathing, drinking coffee as soon as you wake up with the cool on our faces. Anders is an attentive and always present host for any need. House is brand new, tastefully furnished and very organized: it has everything you need to stay comfortably, with a comfortable guide to take advantage of the many services it offers. Everything was simple and we were able to fully enjoy our vacation days... Thanks for everything Anders, see you soon!

I highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment. Elena is a very available host, always ready to respond to every need. He managed the house with a hotel in the sense that it has provided all kinds of services, even those not required for a rental of a house like breakfast cookies, jams and coffee pods for the duration of the stay, complimentary samples/shampoo proof, as well as everything necessary for the bathroom (toilet paper, hand soap, face, shower, etc.) Perfect and new kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed including sheets and fine blankets. In short, everything is perfect. Although the apartment is not big for me and my husband was perfect. I think it's okay for a family too. Of course, it's important to know how to organize things while respecting both the host and the guest. Best wishes to the dear host and goodbye, see you soon. Quiet place and surrounded by greenery.

Home away from home! What a wonderful Airbnb! House is in a very peaceful area where you are surrounded by olive trees. Our little ones absolutely loved it! House has everything you could possibly need! There are a couple hammocks, swing for the kids and soccer to kick around. Gloria and Gabriele were the best hosts! We would love to come back and couldn't recommend enough!

Pietro’s house was a home from home! It’s a lovely family home with a kitchen that is well stocked. It rained a lot while we were staying and the table tennis was a big hit with the kids. His instructions were clear and he was very responsive

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Andrew and Paola are very special hosts. They showed us a local hot spring and gave us a big bowl of salats from their garden. The garden is BEAUTIFUL btw. With a lots of lovely spots, where you can sit and drink coffee or think about nothing. In the kitchen were oil, coffee, tea and spicies. We especially enjoyed the process of setting fire in the stove. :) There is also a gas stove where you can cook. It was a bit fierce, but if we used the lowest power setting we were even able to make amazing pancakes. The sorrounding is very calm, you can only hear the birds singing and sheep bleating. Or Andrew humming :). The Archaeological Park of Vulci is very close and it is worth your visit. The only challenge here is the driveway. Is uneven and full of potholes. However our passenger car dealed with all the journeys with no big problems.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

I met wonderful people and I felt right at home. We will definitely be back and there is everything you want nearby including a wonderful lake!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
