Beautiful private guest suite attached to the main house. This lovely property is in the heart of Staffordshire Moorlands. We live within a small estate that is surrounded by the beautiful country side that is also a part of a quaint little town of Cheadle and surrounded by other small towns consisting of boutique shops. You will be pleased to hear that we are surrounded by lots of local attractions such as, Alton towers, Churnet valley railway, Trentham gardens and lots more.

The Corner House

We were in Rocester primarily to visit family and also to explore the area. The Corner House was the perfect base for two adults and two young children. The kitchen is really great! It had the best kitchenwares and stove of any vacation rental we’ve been in, which was perfect for family dinners. The whole house was super clean; and we appreciated all the little touches like family board games, a nice welcome package, and fresh flowers for when we arrived. We were visiting in early spring and the front and backyard have really beautiful landscaping with spring flowers. We will definitely stay again in we ever have the opportunity!

"Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and well-maintained. Karon was an amazing host - responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the races and the breakfast was delicious! Very spoilt ! Great value for money too! Highly recommend!"

Very relaxing stay from start to finish. Communication with Clare was excellent. Arranged arrival time and was there to greet us and show us around. We had all that we needed and enjoyed the kitchen/ living space upstairs. Great to have the cosy little lounge downstairs as well. 2 small televisions meant we could both watch what we wanted. Must mention the lovely view of the birds as there are great bird feeders there. Also enjoyed meeting the pigs and alpacas.

we loved staying here. Family reunion trip, there was plenty of space and we really enjoyed spending the evenings and mornings on the patio. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms all beautiful. Would highly recommend and hope to come back some day.

Really nice hosts and really helpful very responsive to messages and this place is great if visiting Alton towers literally just round the corner. Will definitely use again when visiting Alton towers. Only slight disappointment was there was no frying pan. But this was a minor thing.

The property was just as described and felt like home the moment we walked in. It was clean and cosy with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. We would absolutely stay again!!
