Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marston Green

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Very clean and comfy. Plenty of space and Soren couldnt of been easie to deal with, definitely stay again.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Lizzie was a great host and very communicative even with the short notice on the booking - the apartment was great and served us perfectly for our stay, will definitely book again if we’re looking to be in the area!

Excellent Airbnb! Within walking distance from Gas Street. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and very clean. Beds could use an upgrade, however, we slept okay. Kids loved the mini pool table. Was a bonus. Host very friendly!

We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

A nice, fully equipped house in a quiet street, but close to shops and pubs, easy walk into Tamworth town centre, and good for walks along the local canals and in the wildlife reserve

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

A 5 star stay. We came from Australia and New Zealand for a wedding and this house was the perfect base for it. For the two weeks we stayed here we felt absolutely at home. The house is stunning, plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Nik even made sure we had a mid stay clean half way through. He was a very welcoming host from the start and was always available if I had any questions. Couldn’t recommend this house to anyone more and it has certainly made me want to come back! A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

Easy key collection, very clean and comfortable with additional details such as toiletries and some foodstuff - great place.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!
