I love this place. It is charming, spacious and centrally located. I came to Alexandria for research and work. The place is at a walking distance from important cultural locations. I had room in the flat to work and write. I loved the kitchen to cook a simple meal. Carrefour food shopping is at walking distance. Nice airconditioning during the hot summer days. Great view on a tree. The appartment is the perfect hidaway if you want to explore Alexandria and have a home where you can relax and decompress from the hustle and bustle of this intense and marvelous city. I highly recommend Mohamed’s place.

The host Mr. Ahmed was very welcoming, he en offered to pick us up at the bus station even though we arrived during the night. We really enjoyed our time there.

I was very happy with my stay at Nada's apartment. I couldn't have wished for a nicer, cleaner or more spacious apartment. It was ideal in so many ways. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly. The local area had a wealth of shops and many good restaurants. Also it was within a short walk to the beautiful downtown area and many historical sites, as well as the seaside corniche. All in all, I recommend this apartment highly for a relaxing, fun and interesting stay. The owner was very friendly, helpful and proactive and really helped to make my stay there pleasant and memorable. I would certainly consider returning one day as it is such a lovely apartment and neighbourhood.

C’est un super appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer, on se croirait sur un bateau. Il est bien aménagé, et il peut accueillir une famille facilement. Ahmed est une personne sympathique qui vous donnera tous les renseignements nécessaires. Je recommande vivement cet appartement aux voyageurs !

Ahmed was such a great host and very friendly. Spacious place and very clean the pool is right front of the building and the location is right in the middle of everything.

Clean and tidy house with all needed necessities.the best thing about the house was its proximity to the beach and the view of the ocean from the balcony.locals were friendly and helpful.would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay aswell.check in and communication with the house was easy 👍

I can’t begin to explain how Dr. Sameh was helpful and kept checking in making sure we have everything we need. Recommended a lot of great places to go to. He passed my and had a lovely chat with him. I never had experienced such an amazing way of communications. Thank you for everything Sameh. You made us feel like home away from home. Avec ma femme, nous avons bien apprécié le séjour chez Hadi un market était à proximité, ainsi qu’un coiffeur, et le 101grill qui était très bon. Pas besoin de prendre la route durant votre séjour tout est à proximité.

A very nice property. Very friendly supportive host. Beautiful environment with direct access to lovely sandy beach and magic turquoise sea. The villa is very comfortable and has own parking spot. Everything was working. The host even left us some Snacks and drinks. Would definitely come back

What an amazing experience! The chalet is in a perfect location, private, spacious, and airy, with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation.The beach access was a true highlight, with beautiful, clear water just steps away. The area felt incredibly safe, and the locals were friendly yet respectful, minding their own business, unlike the hustle and noise of big cities, which made the entire experience even more peaceful. The management (Hani) was always just a call away and ready to help with anything we needed. Our host, Ahmed, was courteous, flexible, and quick to respond to any requests. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return in the future.

Mohamed was a great host. Once booking was confirmed, he very clearly communicated what to expect once we arrive and the amenities available. His place was very clean, minimalistic, and had all the necessities and more. Seashell’s beach is beautiful and the weather is unbeatable.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Fully enjoyed staying at Atef’s beautiful apartment. Panoramic views from the terrace are amazing. This apartment has everything we need and very comfortable. The location is great. Moemen is an extraordinary host and an amazing human being with a great heart at the same time! I very much enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is conveniently located and above Egyptian standards in every respect. It is generally quiet, though one can sometimes hear some noise from the water system (as some people have mentioned here as well). But in such a big city it still is a surprisingly quiet atmosphere at night and the most quiet place I have stayed at in Alexandria or Cairo. Moemen was incredible supportive in every aspect of my stay. He helped me when my flight was cancelled, and even gave me a ride to the bus station, because I couldn't get an Uber in time. Thank you very much for everything, Moemen!
