We loved everything about the place & Abdelrahman made the communication pretty easy and clear. The place is huge, clean and has a full seaview with a big garden that also overlooks the beach. We definitely will be back next summer with the family :)

Moamen was very responsive and helpful especially with internet & electricity. He was a great host & we are looking forward to coming back again.

We spent a beautiful week in Sarahs house. We felt like at home and enjoyed the blue ambience and also the total silence around us. Unfortunately the pool was still without water. Official Session starts mid of June and before they won‘t fill the pool. Kids were a bit sad, because we dind‘t know this before.

The Villa is beautiful. The swimming pool is well maintained. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The owner Mr Ihab is responsive and very kind. I recommend this villa for private family or friends gathering

Fatma is an excellent host and very responsive and a great communicator. Her beach house was extremely clean and has fantastic views. It was very comfortable for myself, wife and our 6 kids. The beach is amazing and the community is very friendly and safe. I highly recommend!

Actually it was great stay at Ahmed/ Khaled villa, everything was amazing, the place was very clean, Ahmad was very helpful when we needed him, he was always responding immediately to our needs and when we had issue with something he quick to respond and fix it and we looking forward to staying there again. This is our 2nd year staying at this villa, the new Managment persona “HelloHome” is better from our experience last year. Many of my comments regarding our stay were fixed this year. Over all this Villa is 2nd row from the beach makes it very easy to go in and out of the beach. The Fouka turquoise water and white sand are stunning. The only negative things about this beach is : 1. Too many rocks, you need to follow the lifeguard directions to go in and out of the beach to avoid the rocks, maybe beach shoes are recommended. 2. Not enough Restaurants inside Fouka, you need a car specially Uber is very hard to get. We will definitely recommend this place and we will definitely go back.

Amazing stay and good value for money. The view was stunning. Toni was helpful. Check in took few minutes and everything was as described. Pool was great too. Best part was coffee on the terace with a view! Thanks! Will surely come again for a longer stay.

We had an amazing family quick escape at this villa! Very peaceful, spacious gardens and a lovely swimming pool made our stay incredibly relaxing! I would recommend making sure to do all shopping and prepare for an indoor stay as the location is isolated with not much around in walking distance, but it was very clear beforehand and it was what we needed anyway to enjoy quality time together, relaxing and cooking. Another highlight was the helpful host and the villa gate guard, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure all our needs are met and going above and beyond. We truly appreciate their hospitality! Overall, it is a perfect retreat for families seeking tranquility and quality time together near a private pool. Highly recommended!!

Great place and awesome clean pool. Pretty large yard to play football with kids or do other activities. Nice outdoor BBQ, and great lighting at night too. Overall highly recommended the only negative was that only 3 rooms have AC the rest don’t.

‘Felt like home’ is what is best described my stay. I was flabbergasted by Alaa’s friendly responses. All of my enquiries was satisfied, leaving me with no worries. All I can say is that this villa was a ‘bang for your buck’, worth it every single penny for a spacious villa during Summer. I would like to show my gratitude and appreciation towards Alaa for this stay.

We had an amazing time at the Blue Beach Villa! So many good things to say about the area and this property... The North Coast is a beautiful place and this villa is just a short walk to the beach. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. We loved all the amenities that the complex has to offer, especially the pool which was clean and never crowded. Next time we may bring the kids with us, I know they would love the beach and the playground. Najwa was very helpful and responsive, and her villa had plenty of space. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable, and most of the furniture seemed to be brand new. We had no issues at all with the electricity - just shut the windows if you have the air conditioning on so you don't run through all your electricity at once- same as in all of Egypt! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 days at this place and it was really a great experience for the whole family. The place looks much better than the photos. Its a vintage style house with clean and spotless furniture and decor. The place is very well lit because it has lots of windoes and balconies. There is a walkable beach (5 mins walking) it doesnt have services but it feels very private. A private clean pool and all amenities we required were there with few complimentary amenities. Thanks again for a wonderful stay
