Great place for the price, clean, quiet, the owners very friendly and ready to make sure your stay is pleasant and what you expected.

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

This spot was just what we needed for our 4 day stay. Across the street from York Univ. campus, location could not have been more perfect. The room, bed, cot & bathroom was lovely! My husband and I stayed here with our teenage daughter and it was cozy but nice. We had activities during the day and this was very relaxing place to come back to and rest. Our hosts were considerate of our privacy yet readily available if we needed them. We will definitely be back in the fall!

We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

My teenagers and I always love staying at Ashley's. It's clean and roomy and just a walk away from the family we come to visit annually.

We highly recommend Linda’s place. Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches and everything we needed for a great stay. We felt immediately at home furniture was comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable too and great quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to activities and restaurants. wonderful communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone in the area. Had a wonderful stay! For a few reasons, this was a very special Easter weekend for our family, and this house was a big part of it! Great hosts and great home…was the perfect place for us. Highly recommended…we’ll be back! 😊
