Vacation rentals in Marqués de Comillas

My whole family loved our stay here. It’s a quiet, basic rustic cabin on the riverbank with howler monkeys in the trees above and around. It is absolutely perfect for people who love nature. It is not five star, it is so much more. We were the only ones there, they had to clean a foot of mud off the cabin floor from the previous wet season, and the cabin was spotless. They did an amazing job getting it ready for us after being flooded a couple of months before. The only issue we had was, there was no one there when we arrived, and we had to go and find someone. It wasn’t a big deal, but with a family of five, including young children, it wasn’t the ideal start. But it turned into the perfect stay. They directed us to Las Guacamayas, the only restaurant in town, and we did a boat trip from there too. It was absolutely amazing. We weren’t sure about visiting this part of Mexico with the family, we are so glad we did. It was the highlight of our 6 weeks and completely safe. Do it!

Beautiful spot in the jungle. Super comfy bed. Nice space with living room and kitchen. Beautiful jungle area with river right outside. Slept really well here and enjoyed exploring the jungle and nearby sites. Thank you for a great stay.

Estuvo muy padre la experiencia pero como recomendación si vas en tu coche particular al llegar al estacionamiento de Bonampak no te subas al taxi , indica que vas directo a comunidad porque son muy insistentes en que les pagues $600 y que allá vas a ver a Chambor ( Chambor fué muy amable y nos compartió el comunicado de que la tarifa era de $500 y pues los taxistas no lo respetan , asi que preparen más dinero , ya que esto es independiente a Chambor ) no hay señal , ahí mismo te agarra una red para contactarlo. Tienen muchos paquetes , los cuales te comparten antes de llegar para que revises tiempos y actividades . La comida y atención de todos en comunidad fué muy amable . Todo excelente :)
