The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

The Boho house is one of the reasons that made me love Cairo. I’m really grateful for taking the decision to rent with Ahmed, Ahmed is truly amazing guy and his way of hospitality is insane, felt like home. The apartment is really cozy is really cozy with an amazing huge outdoor garden that makes it perfect, really was amazed of how green is the house and that fits all the furniture vibe.. Literally you will not need anything, the house is ready with all the equipments you can imagine, even the coffee machines, all the apps on the TV, really made it very easy to enjoy my stay like how i’m stay at home, even better. Not to talk about the location, the house is almost 5 mins away from all well known area, Cairo festival mall, Katameya downtown, all the coffee shops and restaurants, really the location was the best, made me discover a lot of areas in very short time. grateful to know someone like you Ahmed, really thank a lot for everything and the hospitality you gave, see you soon 🙌🏼

Omar is a great host and my cousins really enjoyed their stay at his place. It’s close to a nice mall and has many restaurants and services nearby.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

The apartment is clean and new, excellent location Anu Mafi sends Kiss and Wai, whatever connects the screen and the hot mousse get rid of

Our stay at Sakinah Stays in Primera Compound, Nasr City, was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Although we had a bit of trouble finding the entrance, Rayan was incredibly responsive—he arrived within minutes to help us settle in, showing genuine care and hospitality. The apartment was beyond our expectations—spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for a family of five. It felt like a luxurious escape in the heart of Nasr City. The modern amenities and stylish décor made our stay both comfortable and memorable. The location was perfect! Primera Compound is surrounded by some of Cairo’s best dining spots and attractions, giving us plenty of options to explore. Rayan went the extra mile to recommend local gems, making our experience even more special. One evening, we had a small issue with the air conditioning. We called Rayan, and he showed up within 30 minutes to fix it. His promptness and dedication to our comfort were truly impress

i needed a touch-down place to stay for a conference nearby and Fatema's place was in the perfect location for me. she was also wonderfully helpful, thorough, and prompt in replying to all my questions, before & during my stay. i was already familiar with the neighborhood and felt right at home when I arrived. the building can be busy in the evenings because of the clinics, which are open late in the evenings. my visit overlapped with a major holiday and the weekend so for me this was not much of an issue. the flat was exactly as described and very cute; close to good places to eat and lots of small grocers and places to buy fruit & veg, and you simply can't beat the downtown location for proximity to anything you need to get done in Cairo. Bab al-Luq is a lively and active neighborhood so if peace and quiet is a must, perhaps go elsewhere, but I enjoyed being right in the middle of Cairo life. i definitely highly recommend and I hope to be able to visit and stay again soon!

We really loved the apartment and the street where it's located. We were there for 6 nights with two small kids and everything was perfectly suitable for our family, the beds were very comfortable and the space super clean. The apartment is quite spacious and quite, there's no noise from the busy outside and we could really take good rest there. The Zamalek neighbourhood is nice for walks and has nice shops and bars to explore. Thank you Seif and Mohamed for being so responsive and quick!

Very nice house! 2' walk from Nile and 3' from the center of Zamalek. Walking distance for mini markets and restaurants. Clean and cute appartment.

Everything was excellent, the apartment is clean, large and comfortable

A good stay, the doctor was responsive and kindly to allow early check-in, and in a simple note, it was a nuisance that the plane came down and saw the area on the itinerary , the apartment is safe and the doorman is very cooperative and respectful

I really enjoyed my stay at Nouran’s place. Nouran was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. I will definitely be returning to Nouran’s place for my next trip to Cairo.

Lovely area. Very safe and friendly. Close to shops and amenities. Fadwa and her co-hosts were helpful and responsive. They even accommodated our arrival around 11.30 pm

good overall

We had an amazing stay at Mostafa’s Airbnb for about three weeks, and it truly started to feel like home! The district is beautiful and has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a mall nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. The area is also extremely safe, with security guards stationed throughout the complex at all times. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Mostafa is very nice, and communication was great throughout our entire stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Egypt. Thank you!

Dr. Mamdouh was one of the sweetest and most attentive hosts I’ve ever had. Beautiful apartment. A Cairo must.

Bassem is a really good host. He is very friendly and helpful and reacts super fast. His apartment is amazing. We stayed there for the second time and it has a lot of space and an amazing rooftop terrace. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants reachable in walking distance. We will definitely come back again.

Friendly place to stay in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shops nearby. Mohamed is a proactive host & full of good tips.
