Free parking spaces at the foot of the accommodation. This place isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility, the living rooms are upstairs. No smoking, except on the terrace. This place is for guests only. The organization of parties, birthdays, meetings or any other type of gathering will be systematically refused or canceled.

We felt very comfortable in the cozy, very tastefully decorated apartment. Francois greeted us personally and gave us valuable tips for the stay. Rouen, a beautiful city, can be reached in 15 minutes, many hiking trails on the Seine loops and the large and small towns by the sea are about 1 hour away. Thanks for the wonderful stay, Petra and Ralf

I booked my trip last minute and got an immediate response, I stayed 5 nights. I was greeted and warmly welcomed and given a tour of the house with all its facilities. It is a beautiful typical Norman townhouse with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, completely renovated and very cozily furnished and beautifully decorated, the choice of furniture (Scandinavian) and color palette that were used on the walls do the house all the credit. All rooms are large, living room, kitchen, very large bathroom, spacious bedrooms, cozy terrace at the back. There is free Netflix and Wifi in the room which is a bonus! Nothing was too much for Mathilde and Maxence when I needed help. At 100m there is a beautiful park where there is also a spacious free parking, also at 100m a bus stop (T2) 15min. to Rouen (on Saturday the bus is even free), at 200m a warm bakery... In short, I had a super nice stay for very little money and will definitely come back! Top 10/10
