We searched for a place to accommodate a large number of people for this weekend of May 8... Our choice stopped at this place. Everything is as in the description. Accommodation, exteriors, swimming pool, games, hot tub, are very suitable for a family reunion of 16 people and two infants. The amenities are modern and quality. Vanessa, our host is very welcoming and attentive. The space is provided for everyone to take care of, distract, rest... and that we can meet together during meals or evenings. A family reunion that delighted each of the guests, even the little ones... One more toilet in the building where meals are prepared and served could be a plus but we have managed... In short, a place to recommend for a vacation or a weekend for families or groups of friends. Daniel

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

We rented the Grand Potager for a weekend with friends. The premises (indoor and outdoor) are spacious, the house is functional, all the bedrooms have a bathroom, the kitchen is very well-equipped. Sophie is very responsive and accommodating.

the accommodation is ideal! we were a group of friends with a lot of children. they had a great time! the accommodation is large and spacious, we were able to enjoy the stay to spend convivial evenings. the bedrooms are not all equal in terms of space but everyone was able to find their space. jean jacques is friendly and flexible in terms of departure times, with babies it's a real plus, we were able to make them eat quietly and leave for their siesta! the garden is beautiful! we did not have the adequate weather but in case of good weather it must be very nice! Thank you very much!

The accommodation is really nice, and it's very large. We won't be stepping on each other's toes. we can see that the interior renovation is very recent, even almost new, which makes it very clean. There are quite a few toilets and bathrooms for everyone. You can't see it in the photos but there are two refrigerators, one American type and one classic. So for a large group there is enough space. The tennis court is in its original condition but functional, the net looks new and well stretched. The garden is not highlighted in the photos but it is very large, and in the center is a magnificent tree, whose species I do not know, but it is several hundred years old given the size. We appreciate games for small children if needed. The wifi worked without a hitch, and there were 14 of us in the accommodation. The pool table is small but very nice to play. The ping pong table is new.

Peaceful stay in a verdant environment. The cottage is well-equipped and opens onto a beautiful green space. There are many activities (games on site, foosball, pool, ping pong, etc.), movies and a wide choice of reading! Great for friends and families.

We had a pleasant stay with Victor's family. The house is spacious, ideally arranged and equipped for a family with young children (baby beds, high chair, games...). The living room is comfortable and has a stove to warm up the cooler evenings. The environment is peaceful and charming. Numerous activities nearby (pretty villages, forests, tree climbing, farms...). Victor is very welcoming and responsive. We recommend it!

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful place with ultra neat decoration, and where everything is conducive to relaxation and conviviality. The house is a setting in the middle of greenery and Benjamin is an attentive, flexible and ultra available host. Looking forward to coming back.

This place is absolutely enchanting. It's one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed at. Christophe is very helpful and responsive and it is clear that the renovation of the house was done with a much attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very well equipped. The garden is one of the best parts of this booking. I definitely recommend!

Very nice, spacious cottage. Perfect for a family or friends get together. Plenty of outdoor space for kids and pets to be safe. Beautiful environment, beautiful landscape, very quiet. Lounging on deckchairs would have been the perfect happiness😝.

Very beautiful house... It's very pleasant to spend time in this place... We really enjoyed the large dining room with the bay windows and the rest of the house. The garden is great and the quietness of the surrounding countryside allows you to unwind. One inconvenience, a very small refrigerator with a shelf already filled and a full freezer... Little room to store our weekend food for 11 people.

We spent a long weekend at Thomas' house. This is the second time we've been back, always with great pleasure. We enjoyed the indoor space, the many bedrooms and bathrooms, and the outdoor space with the pool, garden and long table for lunch and dinner. We're ready to go back a third time.

We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who appreciate cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and things to do in the area.

We enjoyed the stay very much with our family. The cottage was well equipped and the rooms were as described. It was all very clean and nicely decorated and the rooms are very spacious. We were received very kindly and flexibly and if we had a question we got a quick answer. Furthermore it is a beautiful place, with lots of nature and tranquility. There are plenty of games and activities in the house that we didn't get bored with even in the rain. Thank you very much!

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. Isabelle is a very friendly host, who was keen to offer us a nice and well-decorated place to stay. Ideally located in Illiers-Combray for visiting the city, or exploring Chartres, Bonneval or even Perche. Pleasant garden even if far away (not on the ground floor) from the house so to be taken into account. Stairs are a little narrow although protected so also to be taken into account for small children (bathroom on the top floor).
