We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

The Metato of Borgo Toggiano

Borgo Toggiano tells us the story of the rural past of the Modena mountains. It is a rural settlement dating back to the 1800s, consisting of separate buildings that served as residences and for agricultural work. Two centuries later, it was the subject of a restoration by local craftsmen and stonemasons, who brought to light the stones with which these buildings were built. Now it's ready to offer a charming and elegant experience immersed in the countryside.
