Our little renovated Kate from 1876 is quiet and only 900m from the dyke. Large, sheltered garden on the edge of a field, with covered terrace and beach chair. Approx. 1,076 sq. ft. (100 m²) of living space with a large kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, living and dining area, and a small bedroom for one person on the ground floor. Large open bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by steep stairs. The sleeping accommodation for the 4th person is a niche (175x140). Private sauna for a fee.

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. You have the property all to yourself and from early May to mid-October it is also hardly visible. All this directly behind the dike and only minutes away from the Elbe beach. The only neighbors are the dyke sheep.

It is located in the attic of our apartment building.
