Vacation rentals with beach access in Marmari

We had a great time, the location is great and we had everything we needed in the flat such as AC,TV, Kettle, coffee machine, Iron, outdoor private space and lots more! I would highly recommend a stay and we will be coming back. Maria is a super host :)

I had an excellent stay here - the location is perfect, so close to the beach you can see the sea from the terrace. The house is a really good size with a lovely outside area and everything you need inside. The only thing that could be worth upgrading is the shower but the rest of the apartment and location makes up for that. The host went out of her way to communicate everything very clearly.

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious and stocked very well for a short or a long stay. It’s like home away from home. Close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, shops. Saronida is a very walkable town. Sofia was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and all requests (we are typically not that demanding!) so it was very much appreciated, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The only thing that takes get used to is that most of Attica’s shoreline has the main road so if you want the sea view, you hear the cars. It was not a problem to sleep due to the double windows and little traffic at night but I am sensitive to the noise and it took time to get used to when enjoying the beach or the balcony during the day.

Great apartment with a brilliant view and several restaurants all within minutes walk. It’s also a good distance from Athens for day trips to see the sights.

Lovely place that made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed and Vasiliki was very helpful and responsive. We could walk down to the beach, there were lovely restaurants around and it was definitely quiet at night.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home plus the communication was easy and quick. The place has an amazing beachfront and we could walk to everywhere in Glyfada. I totally recommend this place.

The place was incredible. Had some trouble finding a trash can so we just put our things in bags for the time. If you require an experience with a responsive host then I would suggest looking elsewhere as the host wasn’t really the greatest with response time. However the place, location & everything else was top tier. The top room is loft style and doesn’t have much privacy as it sits right over the living room and entrance. Location location location! You are walking distance from the water and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. I only spent 36 hours in Athens but when I come back I’d love to come here again.

We had such a wonderful time at Maria and Micheal’s place and would definitely come back. The apartment is located about 45 minutes from Athens and is on the port of Rafina. Rafina itself is a lovely sea town with great food and great people and great access to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. We spent 6 days there and had a great time exploring Athens and the Greek Riviera. Parking was never an issue. We even made organic lemonade from a tree growing in the back. It’s perfectly located next to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants. The local square is FULL of authentic Greek restaurants. We had no issues and the hosts were perfectly lovely and very responsive. Even though we visited during the off-season, there was plenty to do and the house was ready for guests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to the region.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

From the moment I saw the photos I just knew I have to visit this place Remote ( but not too remote:) Peaceful , beautiful place by its nature, and the made by man ( woman:) additions gave it the final magical touch ❤️ amazing view, big big dining table right in front of it, beautiful pull and the rustic, magical, stone and wood houses. What more can anyone want :)

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

I loved staying here! The space is calm, cosy and full of natural light. The views are spectacular with the sunset in the distance, with the beaches close by. The host is friendly and kind and very communicative.

Pavlos place was terrific , I was heading back from holidays and needed somewhere close to the airport . He has 2 apartments beside each other . It’s on the coast ,the beach is practically across the road and many shops restaurant ,bars nearby to choose from. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. He communicated very well .

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή καταρχάς η επικοινωνία η οποία ήταν άμεση με σαφείς οδηγίες και με πολύ ενδιαφέρον εάν όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε αν τακτοποιήθηκαμε κλπ. Το διαμέρισμα άψογο με πολύ χώρο τόσο στην κρεβατοκάμαρα όσο και στο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία άψογα οργανωμένη κουζίνα η οποία είχε τα πάντα από συσκευές Και πλήρης σε όσα χρειάζεται να έχει μια κουζίνα το ίδιο και το μπάνιο το οποίο ήταν κι αυτό πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή με πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε εστιατόρια και καφέ παρόλαυτα σε ήσυχο μέρος ήσυχη πολυκατοικία πολύ ωραίας αισθητικής και με την παραλία και την βόλτα του Πόρτο Ράφτη στο πίσω μέρος της. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε Ξανά σε κάποια ανάγκη για κοντινή εξόρμηση κοντά στην Αθήνα και με πάρα πολύ καλή πρόσβαση από την Αττική οδό. Το επισκεφτήκαμε φθινόπωρο αλλά μας δημιούργησε την ανάγκη να το επισκεφτούμε και καλοκαίρι.

We stayed at Achille’s lovely apartment for five nights in April 2025, and could not have picked a better place 🙏 The house is very easy to get to, close to the beach, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants yet in a quiet neighbourhood. We had everything we could need, and we especially enjoyed how “homey” and peaceful it felt. Especially enjoyed having our sundowners in the amazing terrace. Thank you Achilles for a lovely experience! Looking forward to coming back :)
