Waterfront vacation rentals in Marmara Region

Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Bedirhan's apartment. The best part of the apartment is definitely the view and Bedirhan's hospitality. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and Bedirhan immediately responded and got everything fixed while we were out exploring the city. He will also arrange private airport transfer if needed and gives you a long list of local recommendations. The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to great restaurants and breakfast hotspots. Recommended!

I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful flat given the reasonable price and INCREDIBLE location! As others have noted, it’s just off of a major street so there can be some noise and light pollution from party boats, but not a bad problem to have. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the salon, the apartment is a bit dark and some light bulbs were out. There is an abundance of storage! We also had a high chair and a crib available (more of a pack and play—our baby wouldn’t sleep in it but the host made it available!). The location and the view from the salon are the highlights here. Less than 5 minutes to the tram, the kabataș ferry station and the funicular to Taksim, not to mention the gorgeous dolmabaçe mosque right out the window, the with palace just beyond that has a lovely seaside cafe. There is a very slight incline from the Main Street to the flat—enough to create some distance but easily walkable for our elderly relatives. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. Simply fantastic! The property offers breathtaking views and is equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. I am grateful to have experienced this special atmosphere. Nearby, there is a secure parking lot where you can park the car for relatively little money. Absolutely recommended!

Highly recommended to anyone looking to relax in nice apartment close to public transport plaice was really clean. Really big space nice kitchen with lots of space living area to chill nice table for breakfast and each room has bathroom Ali as a host really nice comunication with him highly recommended

First of all, hello, we are very happy that we went to such a house and met such a host under the conditions of Turkey, we stayed for 2 nights, they took care of us for everything and the view was perfect, we are definitely planning to go again 💯💯💯

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
