This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

This place was exactly as described. It was a perfect stay. I stayed for several months. It was peaceful, clean and it felt like home away from home. Rahsaan was always responsive when needed. He often proactively communicates if anything needs to be shared. He is friendly but very respectful of privacy. There is a private entrance and almost feels like a studio apartment. There is always a maximum of 1 other guest as there are only 2 rooms. So no overcrowding or needing to share space with multiple people which can be challenging with different personalities and character. The room is very comfortable. I worked remotely while there and it was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay. But I would only recommend to those who will be as respectful of his home and space as he is to his guests. I definitely plan to return again.

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights for a concert at the Northwest stadium about 15 minutes away. The place is worth the price for a short trip. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to park.

Excellent host. The house is exactly like it appears in the listing. Quiet location close to Andrews and PG County. The listing mentions the owner living downstairs but I wouldn’t have known…quiet and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
