Absolutely stunning location. Such a lovely stay, wish we’d had more time to explore this beautiful place.

Our stay was perfect! Perfect location, close to everything we needed and very private. Would not have thought we were so close to the main hub of Richmond. Karen was a pleasure to deal with which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were so surprised at how well laid out the accommodation was - I don’t think the photos actually do it justice. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again if dates and availability suit.

Joanne and David were very generous and kind hosts. We enjoyed their company very much - it was as if they were long lost friends. The apartment was high quality with luxurious touches. A fully functional kitchen was supported by a large range of pantry items and treats. Probably the best Airbnb bed we have ever slept in. Great wifi and television with a range of program options. We were permitted to garden forage which supplied us with a huge amount of fruit and herbs. Private parking for our car, washing machine and deck with BBQ made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

Amazing location, view and outdoor area. Comfy beds, big bathroom, awesome kitchen for self catering. Loved all the thoughtful extras around the place. Enjoyed the spa and next time hope to enjoy the outdoor equipment. Great host.

The location is in front of the water with great views, walking distance to the beach and lagoon, easy access for kayak and SUP, walking distance to two great place to eat. Great accommodation for family with bunk rooms for kids and games. The kitchen is great to cook your own meals and well equipped. Clean and functional space, it seemed larger than on the photo with nice front outdoor space and table.

Myself and my family had a wonderful experience staying here! Sally was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place with great views !

Nanette was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our entire stay. They always answered our questions promptly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. Great location , and activities nearby.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. So open and spacious and the view to the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the lovely bath tub and was great to have a washing machine. No wifi, no problem. We read out on the deck listening to the ducks play in the little stream. Would highly recommend 😊

Meredith is a great host - funny, friendly, speedy responses and lots of recommendations! The house is spacious and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Location is great, walking distance to main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops. Can keep walking through town to see murals and up the hill to hiking/biking trails and views of city and harbor. Great base to explore Nelson!

Clean and modern house with excellent views of Queen Charlotte Sound. Just a few minutes drive from town.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It is so nice being able to walk to the city centre, great coffee at Bobby Franks and towards the waterfront the other way. We were 6 adults and all had our space comfortably with the inside and outside areas. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our time here. Fantastic host and loved the house ( great view, set up, fit out of the house). Also had fantastic weather which meant we used the deck each morning for breakfast. Fantastic stay

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

Clean and comfortable stay, not far from Nelson Airport, with a great restaurant on site.

We had a lovely stay, lovely view from the place looking out to the harbour! And a very short walk into town! We found the place very convenient!

A lovely property with wonderful views. Definitely worth the stay.

Beautiful location, was ridable to the local MTB park and walkable to the beach. Short drive to Abel Tasman as well. Highly recommend!
