Vacation rentals with a patio in Marlborough

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Christin is an exceptional host and this property is really special. Spacious, and incredibly well-appointed with a playful mid-century modern vibe. The deck boasts a lovely view and this beautiful space was just what we needed during a hectic, family event-driven visit to the area. Christin is super-communicative and considerate host who anticipates guests’ every need—and then some! From a well-stocked kitchen to her list of local go-tos for food, drink, pampering and fun, she provided it all before we even thought of it. There was even a bottle of celebratory bubbly chilling in the fridge when we arrived. A top Airbnb experience!

Loved this place so much!! It was a great impression when you first walk in with that beautiful exposed brick. The bed was comfortable and the rainfall showerhead was INCREDIBLE!! I had a long day at work and loved unwinding with my large tv in the bedroom. The place felt super homey and I appreciated the host’s communication and early check in 🌟

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

Great stay at Karl and Randy’s place - great location (a pleasant 10 min walk to Davis Square subway and with good local restaurants a few mins walk away), clean and well equipped apartment and easy check in and out. Would stay again!

The place is absolutely wonderful and so well decorated. It felt like home. The AirBnB also includes WiFi that is good enough for video calls and also have a lot of entertainment included (AppleTV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu…). I can recommend the place 100%. Would always choose it if I am back to Providence.

Such a lovely place! The host provided plenty of suggestions for our stay. The common areas were great for relaxing. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed and more. The outdoor patio was quiet and private. The neighborhood was very cute! There was plenty of parking available. We were only a 20 min walk from downtown Salem. The host communicated very clearly regarding all necessary details. Check in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet spot in a residential neighborhood. Was nice there was creamer for the coffee maker supplied. Very clean bedding and facilities.

If you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location without any neighbors and plenty of outdoor space, this is the place to stay. You can sit by the lake and watch all of the wildlife, go fishing, go for a hike and not be stuck in a hotel. We will definately come back to this location in the future as long as we have family nearby. Thank you to the Martins for being awesome hosts.

Exactly as pictured and described. Driveway is a big hill which wasn’t great, but didn’t affect my rating of the place. Overall it was a clean house with plenty of room for 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. About 30 minutes from Boston which was what we wanted. Lots of restaurants and food options nearby! Would recommend this place.

Our stay at Matthew's place was fantastic. The house is so spacious and cozy, and Matthew was a great communicator. The 3rd floor bedroom is beautiful, with a really comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom. Everyone found the beds comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The laundry room is especially well stocked and user-friendly. The outside spaces were nicely kept up and offered a range of outdoor seating. Everything was clean and uncluttered. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Michelle and Tommy's place. The set up of the house was perfect for us e.g. 3 bedrooms and full bath on main floor. 1 bedroom suite and full bath on lower level. Stocked with amenities like coffee, spice cabinet, water bottles, etc. Directions were easy to follow. Enjoyed coffee on the deck swing when weather permitted. Great communication - host checking in to make sure we had what we needed and available to answer any questions. Will stay again if circumstances allow. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. There are huge umbrellas in the yard that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. The whole home was immaculate! Plenty of space and stocked for all your needs there even are a few games, I haven’t played dominoes in years! We will definitely be back!

We took my daughter and her friend for her senior trip and had a wonderful time! The convenience to Salem, Concord and Boston really made our trip spectacular! Thank you for the wonderful stay and checking on us to make sure we had everything we possibly needed!

We had a wonderful time visiting RI and staying here made it that much more enjoyable. The house is beautiful, the views were amazing, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and had everything my family needed. Everything was as pictured and better than we expected. Sarah was very responsive with communication. We couldn’t have been happier. I would go back in a heartbeat - Highly recommend!!

This apartment was exactly as we hoped! Excellent location on the east side. The place has so much character and was comfortable for all. Had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.

Wonderful large space in family neighborhood. Joe was in touch with me to make sure everything was OK. Super clean, quiet and comfortable home. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a child at Tufts!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

The house was adorable and very clean. We weren't there much, but we had everything we needed when we were there. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again
