Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

The 25 sqm apartment is located in a residential complex in the pedestrian zone of Marl-Hüls. In the converted attic there is a sleeping area with a very wide view over the rooftops of Marl. Up to 2 guests can conveniently sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020/2021, a new bathroom was installed. The fully equipped new kitchen is also available. WiFi is limited. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
