Welcome to a comfortable, ground floor, fully independent, modern 70 sq.m. house with garden and independent entrance in a semi-detached house, with living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, it has a garden, BBQ, A/C, underfloor heating/cooling and a fireplace. Distances by car: 2' from Porto Rafti market, 2' from the beach, 15' from the airport, 16' from Koropi metro station, 30' from Rafina and Lavrio ports. On foot: 3' bus stop for the center of Athens, 15' beach.

My place is close to the airport, to the bus station and to the subway as well. Within 200 meters you have access to a bakery, butcher, mini markets, supermarkets and restaurants. I can arrange the transfer from/to the apartment by private car (extra charge). Government, Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The cost of the tax is 2€ per night from 01 November to 31 March, or 8€ per night from 1 April to 31 October (the prices are per accommodation, not per person)
