The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Lovely place to stay with family. Only downside was strength if Wi-Fi! When you have a professional gamer in your party this can be annoying! Other than that the place was ideal for us visiting as a family, comfortable beds, with lovely walks for our little dogs too..thank you

Outstanding in every way. This cottage is worth more than 5* it simply cannot be beat. We have been to a lot of nice properties but Richard and Jo have made this property and their 16 acre land simply beautiful. Very nice people as well.

Our weekend was absolutely amazing, the caravan is very comfortable, clean & in a lovely location, would definitely highly recommend

Me, my wife and 11 month old son had a lovely few days here. A lovely spacious house on a peaceful farm. Our son loved the animals which were roaming around the farm and particularly loved the horse in the field right next to the house. Richard was very accommodating and responsive, whilst also leaving us to it. Thanks for a great stay!

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

We came here to work at the Nevill Holt Festival and we couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful cottage, on the doorstep to the Nevill Holt Estate, ample space for cars on the driveway. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked ourselves in for 2026.

After a horrendous experience at the original property we had booked, we contacted Brendan and Sarah very late Friday evening to see if they had capacity (following Air B and B refusing to help find somewhere) They responded so quickly to get us booked, communicated clearly, and couldn’t be more helpful during our stay. The property is beautiful, was spotlessly clean, had every thing you could ever need (coffee, pool table, ironing board, secure, entertainment, parking etc etc) Myself and friends were away to attend our friends wedding and honestly this saved our weekend and I can’t tell you how much of a relief it was to end up here. It really is a stunning property and perfect for a group. Thank you again for being great hosts and having such a gorgeous property xxx

Only a short stay but the house was spot on for the 4 of us. 3 generous-sized double bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and super clean bathrooms. Spoilt for choice for reading material, although some of the legal books looked like you’d need more than 1 night!

Great base for a wedding weekend. House is comfortable, very modern, great backyard, everything you need. Kibworth is a nice village. Hosts were awesome.

We had a brilliant stay at Lynn's library, a spacious and nicely decorated home. There was plenty of room for three of us, the kitchen was spacious, WiFi was reliable. The house is full of books of all different kinds, which gives it a special personality. A big thanks to the hosts were super responsive and went above and beyond for us. We all said we would love to stay again. The surroundings were peaceful, but we found two nice pubs close by, a good chip-shop, and a well stocked Co-Op - everyone we spoke with was friendly and welcoming. We absolutely hope to return in the future.

We had a great stay at Alexis place, all was as described beds are really comfortable loads of room for all of us the position was great for Wicksteed park and a short walk to the local shops and restaurants/takeaways.

We loved staying in Michelle's cottage. It was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The village itself is lovely with a nice pub 5-10 mins walk from the cottage. Michelle was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.

We had a great time during our stay. Nick was a great host who went out of his way to accommodate our needs during our 4 day trip. The place was very clean and organized. Everything was easily accessible and walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Some crockery and cutlery weren't properly clean from past guests but the rest of the house was very clean. While we didn't use it there was a nice coffee station with a Nespresso and milk frother. The beds were very comfy and set up well with plugs by the bed, nightstands and LEDs behind the headboard for bedtime lighting. The house has its own driveway which was very useful, if you have two large cars it might be a squeeze, but I had no problems with 1 ford fiesta. The garden and balcony would be lovely if you get lucky with the weather

Terrie’s house was in the perfect location for us, it was immaculately presented and very well equipped; we were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in this area of Leicestershire.

Second time I have stayed for a business trip. And I will be back. Beautifully kept, welcoming and spacious. Great transport links and a Co-op just round the corner if you want to cook. Or Fish and Chips/Pub within a couple of minutes walk. Thank you Wendy.
