Perfect place to stay if you enjoy the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the Beetsterzwaag forest. Great for a family of 4 with small children. There’s a playground across the street with an animal farm. The supermarket is within walking distance (10 min)., And you are literally around the corner from biking and walking trails. And, only 30 mins away from a city like Groningen or about 1h from the Wadden sea coast. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful.

Tolles Ferienhaus, gute Ausstattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend für eine Familie mit vier Kindern. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken und netter Kontakt mit Gerdi. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Judith and Mark were consummate hosts who warmly welcomed us. Judith provided fresh flowers throughout the house, welcome pastries and home-made jam. The house was so much like home that the fully equipped kitchen inspired us not only to cook every day but also to bake, using cookbooks from the kitchen shelves. The surroundings are peaceful and private as described, with beautiful gardens, attracting birds and butterflies. The area is great for long walks. The house is a bucolic retreat to the countryside, a great place to recharge.

Helaas was mijn eigen verblijf maar van zeer korte duur, omdat ik gedurende de eerste avond steeds zieker werd. Karin heeft ons (ik verbleef hier een weekendje met mijn beste vriendin) geholpen met de contactgegevens van de dokterswacht en daar kreeg ik naast antibiotica het advies om thuis uit te gaan zieken... Dus of mijn man mij rond middernacht nog op komen halen. Enorm jammer want het huisje had/heeft alles waar wij ons zo op hadden verheugd. Van een fijne eettafel om aan te kletsen, spelletjes te spelen, creatief bezig te zijn, tot een echt prachtig afgewerkte badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken en een heerlijk bed (ik heb die middag daar al een paar uur ziekjes in doorgebracht dus die ervaring neem ik dan maar mee als "bonus". Mijn vriendin heeft de schitterende omgeving verder kunnen verkennen na mijn vertrek, zij bleef daar om alsnog te genieten van de rust en heeft dit met volle teugen gedaan! In de toekomst hopen we op een herkansing want dat is deze locatie zeker waard!

Great area and lovely place. Hosts instructions were extremely clear which was very helpful when travelling abroad. I really recommend the host and the property. Excellent value for money.

Ons verblijf bij Mia en haar familie was fantastisch. De accomodatie was mooi ingericht en had werkelijk alles wat je nodig had. De tuin is super ruim , mooi en rustig en ons zoontje vond het geweldig om naar de paarden en andere dieren te kijken. We komen zeker terug om ook eens te zwemmen in de mooie zwemvijver :)

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The outside area was a lovely place to sit in the evening sun and the Sauna was very relaxing. The facilities (pool, kids playground, the beach and the restaurant) were fantastic. The location is wonderful and feels close to nature with a beach very close by. It's very easy to drive to local attractions or you can take the number 24 bus into town from the main road (30 mins walk) and take the train or tram anywhere. This is a great location to relax in nature and to enjoy local bike trails and walks. Karin is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous spot on the water, friendly and welcoming reception. House has fascinating design features. Outside space and paddle boat great when the sun is out.

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als es auf den Fotos scheint. Sauber, ruhig gelegen, sehr gemütlich. Es waren im Garten mehrere Sitzecken und eine Sofaecke eingerichtet. Das war total unerwartet und deshalb doppelt so schön! Man kann bis spät abends in der Sonne sitzen! Es fehlte nichts!

Wat een fijne plek in een oase van rust. Wij waren met 4 vrienden in het prachtige verblijf van Aljanneke. Een oase van rust en natuur en een prachtig huis met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort. Aljanneke is een super host! Fijne communicatie en vol goede tips, iemand die gastvrijheid helemaal begrijpt. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Super Gastgeber, Netter Ansprechpartner, viele Materialien zu Verfügung, Shampoo, und Cafepads und Strandspielzeug. Super für Kinder, außer an der Treppe muss man etwas aufpassen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Ob einkaufen, Strand oder Dünen. Was will man mehr. Vielen Vielen Dank für unseren Kurzurlaubstrip bei euch. 🙂

Das Bed & Wellness war sehr gemütlich, wunderbar im Grünen gelegen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben sowohl die Sauna als auch die Lagerfeuerstelle draußen genutzt und dies sehr genossen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Lage ist wirklich toll und man konnte die Natur und die Ruhe genießen. Zudem ist Peter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Daher: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im gemütlichen Ambiente im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

A beautiful and tastefully decorated home in one of the most beautiful areas of the Netherlands. The location is very scenic and quiet but with many attractions close by. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we hope to come back!

heerlijk weekend gehad, veel wandelmogelijkheden, en fijne plek

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Meine Familie und ich haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es war absolut wie beschrieben. Sehr idyllisch, ruhig und sobald die Sonne raus kam ein Traum um draußen die Zeit zu verbringen. Anita war super lieb und hat sogar etwas Kuchen gebracht. Es war wirklich super und dieses wunderschöne Grundstück einfach ein Traum.

Petite maison mignonne avec tout le confort et au grand calme. Literie extra. Parking gratuit à la gare qui se trouve à 3 minutes en voiture. Et 10 minutes de train seulement pour être en plein centre d’Amsterdam. Accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Vous serez reçus par une famille très sympathique et réactive, aux petits soins pour vous. Le logement était confortable et on s’est sentis comme à la maison avec des petits chaussons mis à notre disposition. Vos enfants seront ravis de gambader parmi les animaux et de faire du trampoline ou du baby foot dans un joli jardin. La promenade derrière la maison est très sympa aussi à faire au coucher de soleil. La route au loin est un peu bruyante, c’est dommage, mais la nuit on n’entend plus les voitures. Un supermarché se trouve tout près. Je recommande fortement ce logement, fidèle à la description et aux photos.

Wir waren zu viert in Carina‘s und Ard Jan‘s Schmuckstück in Noordwijk und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Strand, Promenade mit etlichen Restaurants, Fußgängerzone, Supermarkt und ein wirklich bemerkenswert guter Bäcker sind in unmittelbarer Laufweite. Das Auto haben wir - wie von Carina empfohlen - etwas ausserhalb geparkt, was prima funktioniert hat. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Sinn für kleine Details eingerichtet und hat einen tollen, geschützten Innenhof, den wir trotz niedriger Temperaturen schon aktiv nutzen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Carina war immer sehr schnell, freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit und unsere Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Wir können dieses tolle Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
