The vacation home is located in Park Elzenhoeve. The house contains 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen with many built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathroom with shower, an indoor shed with a washing machine, a sunny garden with terrace and a shed with bicycles.

Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.
