Great location. Good size. the apartment had everything you need for a short (or long!) stay. Big balcony with a big table and chairs. The host communication was instant! The only negative thing was that if you took stairs in the evening there was no light on the lower floors (well at least I couldn't find the light switch!) so I had to use my phone for the light. Also very Lound till late at night but this is to be expected if you located inthe middle of a vibrant city centre:-) Loads of food places around and mega close to Plaka and Acropolis.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Anders's flat was the perfect base to explore Athens from. It's extremely spacious, beautifully designed, central and has everything you need. Communication was easy and extremely helpful for anything I needed during my stay. Would definitely stay there again! 10/10!!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home and its breathtaking views… it's the perfect place to disconnect and relax. While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

We loved our time in Poros and this special apartment full of character! The welcome on arrival, from the on-duty tabby cat too, made us feel right at home. The spacious terrace and front bedroom offer a spectacular view. And nearby beaches—though not the cleanest—were quiet prior to Easter and great for our needs. Poros was lively and charming on its own terms just before the main holiday season, with lots of dining options. Exploring the lanes was a delight, but involved many stairs—worth noting if you arrive on foot with heavy bags (and a wild toddler!): It’s easier, if slightly longer, to follow car routes into the upper town—Googlemapping driving routes can help. Otherwise the ferry dock is only 10–15mins on foot if you're unloaded. We didn’t attempt long walks with our 2-year-old, but the island has great hiking potential, and we enjoyed stunning views during a short car hire. Spiros ensured smooth communication via Mary, his helpful housekeeper. We'll remember our stay fondly.

We had a lovely week at the beach house in early August. Despite the heat, the wind blowing continuously from the sea was refreshing. In addition, the house is air-conditioned, which allowed us to sleep well. The house is very beautiful and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The very large terrace allowed us to eat in the shade morning, noon and night. The big plus is the fact that the house opens directly onto the beach and there is almost no one. We left with our two children aged 2 and 5 and they loved it. In short, we highly recommend this beautiful beach house.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. A stones through from the beach, spacious, clean and fully functional. We created lots of memories playing Fuseball, sitting outside on the porch in the evenings and just relaxing. Thanks to Christo for being such a great host. We hope to come back again and visit!

The apartment is beautifully renovated with its modern, welcoming interior. Every need was provided. Located at the back of the building facing an internal courtyard created calm and privacy at all times. Yet, well walk out onto the street all need from supermarket, cafes, restaurants, cinema, and the beautiful port of Pireaus Pasalima directly in front. I like walking and although Athens is not a walking city, this area is. The hosts were all brilliant communicators and extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here for a week. I can't recommend more highly.
