Place was clean and nice. The full kitchen and grill were very useful, given that there are no much restaurants in the area. Sir Alain was very responsive and Ms. Rhea (the housekeeper) were very helpful. The locals on the street were also very welcoming and accommodating. Only problem we had was the AC not cooling up the house for some periods of time. Overall, the stay was great.

She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

the place was well thought out and designed beautifully. We had an issue with the AC on our first day and our host transferred us to their larger casita as soon as we told them. The beach is a few minutes away from the Casita, but you have an option to be shuttled to and fro by the caretakers. We all had a great time! thank you!

We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at this house. The house definitely accommodated all of our needs and Rhoda the caretaker was always quick to help out when we needed anything. The only things to note are that there were a lot of Mosquitos around in December (but they had a zapper inside and some portable zappers for use as well) along with a fire ant colony near the pool that definitely did some damage to our feet one evening... There was also an odd smell of sewage about the place that wouldn't go away... Overall, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ability to come back and relax by the pool at the end of the day. Patricia and Rhoda were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality!

The host is kind, friendly and welcoming. Our needs and concerns were well attended. The place was nice, clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful Christmas celebration here and will definitely want to go back. Thank you ❤️

This place was great for our family get away. We checked in at the stated time but they weren't finished cleaning. Fortunately, We were compensated for the inconvenience. Asides from that minor hiccup the stay was great! The walk to the beach was super quick and virtually and untouched beach! We were literally the only people there one morning! It was beautiful! The resort across the way reminded us that pathway and beachfront wasn't the one affiliated with the Sunlit villa though. Even though the lot beside it was empty lol! Apparently, the Azura Resort allows 5 people to use their amenities free of charge. We just walked through the resort to the beach the following day. If there is elderly with mobility issues the stairs up to the living area maybe challenging. Sleeping area is on the bottom floor and the living area is upstairs. I would definitely come back if we ever visit the Philippines again! We also found a local place to order food and have it delivered..Crissas Delights!

This is a gorgeous spot! Wonderful for large groups. Celina and Ms. Julie (the property manager) go above and beyond to meet your needs. Despite being in the middle of the forest, the team on-site works hard to ensure that the property remains clean and beautiful at all times! As a large group of Americans traveling abroad, this stay provided great accommodations for our entire group. Air conditioning? Check! Restrooms with toilet seats and toilet paper (which is uncommon in this area)? Check! Mini fridges in every room to keep our waters cold? Check! Would definitely recommend. Just make sure that there are enough beds for your group before you book.

A few highlights of the property: 1) Private pool - need I say more? There are even jacuzzis for a relaxing soak 2) Pet friendly - pets are allowed but do take note that there are cats and dog around the property. You still have to be a responsible owner 3) There is a separate shower and comfort room AND another combined shower and comfort room. There is no problem with waiting for a long time for your turn to take a bath or use the toilet. And all toilets are equipped with hands free bidets! 4) There are grills available for use and basically almost anything that you would need since the host lives nearby on some days. All you have to do is ask nicely. 5) It’s a wide property and you can experience real farm life. The sunset is truly breathtaking. 6) Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is about 2km away only. 7) Very attentive host who constantly keeps up on your needs.

The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️

This place is amazing and ideal for family or group getaways! It offers the perfect mix of privacy, relaxation, and space for small gatherings. The rooms are SPACIOUS—two of my kids stayed with my husband and me in one of the rooms, and we still had plenty of space to spread out. There’s a convenient sari-sari store right in front of the property, so if you need anything, it's super easy to grab. A great win-win for guests and local businesses! The pool with its waterfall feature was a hit with my kids—they couldn't get enough of it! We’re excited to see the host become a Superhost because everything was top-notch, and the whole staff was incredibly friendly. We definitely look forward to returning!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—right in front of a supermarket and next to charming coffee shops and tea houses. The apartment itself was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV, kitchen utensils, fast Wi-Fi, and even toiletries. Everything we needed was provided! Highly recommended!
