10/5 STARS Not often is a property BETTER in every aspect than described! Kitchen had everything…coffee, cream, snacks., etc.! TV and all remotes labeled and easy to use. The linens were hotel quality and bath towels are soft and fluffy! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say we could NOT find ANYTHING she could have done better on….right down to the lint roller😊. Thank you for an UNFORGETTABLE experience for our girl’s birthday weekend 🍷 Would love to come back and bring my husband!!

Julie was a wonderful host. I rented this space last minute day of and she was very responsive. I am so thankful we has a space to come to last minute. The space was so lovely and full of life. The bathroom and kitchen and everything was so clean. Would recommend this place. (:

Our party of five enjoyed a wonderful visit at Cheryl's place. The house was well laid out with a location on the river that cannot be beat. Cheryl was very communicative and we had no issues with finding or accessing the place. We would love to stay here again in better weather to take advantage of the back yard and fire pit.

This little spot was a great place to spend a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub and bocci court were a great addition! The kitchen is small, and is a better place for a quick snack or cup of tea than a full blown meal. There plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Steve and Robin. communicated well, which was helpful because I struggled a bit with my communication in an emotionally charged and busy week. The home was quiet and peaceful, and the included snacks were great. The street felt safe but wasn't far from services.

I can’t recommend this botanical oasis more! So clean, cute and private. The gardens are all so inviting and special. It was a pleasure to work remotely and also hard to leave to visit all the area has to offer with its close proximity to Silver Falls and the Japanese Gardens of Portland. Comfy sleeping arrangements and good linens are so important. If you’re lucky enough to find your dates are free you won’t be disappointed. I hope to stay here again next time I visit family.

large place is pretty decent it's a little bit on the small side the bathroom is very very small however we did enjoy our stay there she's very accommodating we had two vehicles and a trailer and it was not a problem she was very kind and responsive to anything that we needed the property is beautiful as a nice little pond and a little City area lots of animals chickens and horses and cows it was an enjoyable stay overall

Esther is a wonderful host. We loved the quiet country setting. This is a traditional bed and breakfast experience. Most rooms are upstairs, bathroom is down the hall, no televisions, host serves breakfast. Read the descriptions to manage your expectations. We love this place. We enjoyed evenings hanging out on the back deck under the stars. Location is great for access to Carlton, McMinville, Dundee, Ribbon Ridge.

This was a beautiful setting! We were treated like royalty and every aspect of our stay was made special because of our hosts' thoughtful attention and added touches. This was the best vacation home we've stayed in (and we have been to Hawaii)! There were trails through a gorgeous forest on the property and even a romantic setting for a wedding in a sunny meadow. And there is a group of funny goats in a large field on the other side of the property that are more than willing to entertain you if interested. From bouquets of fresh wildflowers to S'mores and a fire pit, anything we needed was provided. The rental area was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked. The only draw back was that we had to spend time away from this magical place for our own family's wedding at a different venue.

Debbie is a friendly host and I would definitely stay here again! It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and cozy. It would be an amazing place to stay in the spring or summer with the landscaping and porch area that could be enjoyed also. Private and nestled in nature it really was a great place to stay.

Staying at the Summit house was a dream! I’m so glad I brought a family here so that we could rest up before and after our trip to the enchanted forest. The accommodations were exactly what we needed, and our two-year-old really enjoyed her stay as well. They took extra measures to make her feel welcome and went above and beyond. I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s home. The reason we booked here was we needed a place close to the venue where we were celebrating my daughters quinceañera. We needed a place to get ready and have my daughter get ready for her big day. The home was big enough for all of us and it made it easy for us to get my daughter ready also it helped with us having a place to come back to after the event was over. The home was cozy and welcoming and Jessica is great with her communication, she was flexible with our check out time which I was very thankful for. Thank you Jessica!

We had a great stay. Sheri provided everything you could ask for from an AirBnB. A fully outfitted kitchen and she even provided some food above and beyond your basic staples, which was very appreciated and somewhat rare. The whole house was clean and the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. We'd definitely stay here again.

In agreement with the other reviewers, Ellen makes an excellent breakfast! The sheets and towels were high quality, clean, and fragrance-free. The location is a short drive to Silverton, which has good dining options, and Silver Falls State Park, where we went hiking. There is a nice porch swing to relax on after hiking.

I stayed at Terry’s place on the final night of my solo road trip through Oregon. I felt right at home and enjoyed chatting with Terry and the other guests. The room and shared bathroom were clean and comfortable. I was grateful that Terry had coffee and bagels available before I left for the airport at 7:30 am. I would stay here again!
