Our space is brand new construction in 2024 finished with stained concrete floors, electric fireplace, upscale finishes, large back patio, & shared sauna.

The River House is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. In addition to The River House, there are two other cottages also on the property. The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. Green Bay/Door County Waterfront 3BR Hot Tub

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.
