another great stay at this sweet little cabin. despite the ice storm making us cut the stay a bit short. the view is amazing and relaxing. the cabin is so cozy with everything one needs.

The Lodge is a beautiful home to spend time with family and friends, everything was as described in the pictures, Michael is a great host very reaponsive and friendly. My family and I had a great time at his place we loved every corner of the house lots of fun things to do, definitely recommended and hope to return soon.

Excellent stay and time spent with family. This served our purposes. The house had many extras including the use of a grill, a fully stocked kitchen, extra t-p & paper towels and clean bedding and towels. We enjoyed the view (on the non-foggy days), and wished that it wasn’t winter, so that we could have gone out on the canoes/kayaks. Luke and Giza’s place is a great location, and nice and comfy. We felt right at home and if the opportunity arose we’d stay here again!

The house was spotless and had more than enough room for our group of 6, including parking for 3 SUVs. The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. Jeffery was very responsive and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Absolutely loved this trip. A wonderful welcome basket with wine and snacks was waiting for us upon arrival. We made full use of the fireplace to stay nice and warm during the cold, snowy weekend. Being right along the river was amazing and made for a beautiful view. We utilized the snow shoes to walk along the frozen river and creek which was extremely fun. This was the best cabin we’ve stayed in and we will be sure to recommend to anyone looking for a great place to spend the weekend.

We have stayed here several times and we love it more with each visit. Mike and Amy have invested in their property and there are new updates with each year. There is newer furniture than what is pictured. The lake is so nice for swimming!!! And having access to all the kayaks, paddle boat, etc makes the stay so much more fun and relaxing. Sitting on the deck listening to the loons and star gazing is the perfect end to the day!

Loved the space, it was perfect for a weekend away. Everything was nice and clean and once the place heated up it was super cozy. Kitchen was very nice and usable for preparing meals. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful, clean space to visit. All needed instructions were provided beforehand and getting in was easy and checkout was simple. Thanks for sharing your cute A-frame, Landon! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time.

This place is a cozy slice of Heaven . The cabin was the perfect size for 2. Had all the amenities listed and even more homey touches once we peeked around. We didn’t have kids with us but took full advantage of the board games. A round or 3 of Guess Who during dinner was fun :) Went in February but still enjoyed sitting on the porch with a morning coffee and listening to the pileated woodpeckers and owls do their thing . The one and ONLY negative is that the Lake was not conducive to ice fishing. By the time we figured that out, we joked that the neighboring homes were probably watching us with binoculars through their windows getting a good laugh at our expense, :). We found Thunder lake 4 mins away and did end up catching a few. Incredible weekend but now I have the post vacation blues… Living in the city, one gets accustomed to the sounds of sirens and car alarms. What an incredible reset it was to be submerged in the sounds of nature. HIGHLY recommend!
