Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

We had a great stay at Gianluca's place. It was lovely from start to finish, we met his brother-in-law for an easy check-in, had access to an immaculately clean flat, and access to a lot of amenities when not exploring the surrounding cities. Thoroughly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The flat is ready for any kind of guests. Close to the center, close to the sea, right at the train station. The fact that we could park inside of the house yard was great. The appartment had everything we needed and we fit there perfectly as a family of 5. The kids loved the Disney channel and I loved the super soft blankets. Great stay!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

The stay at Mario's place was very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that there was the possibility of a really flexible check-in and check-out and also the excellent communication. Really recommended apartment in a beautiful area for mountain walks.

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Apartment matching the description. Friendly and helpful host. As far as I'm concerned, very comfortable apartment, as it is equipped with various appliances (not all are equipped with an electric and immersion blender!). I also appreciated the location as it allows you to park your car comfortably and there is a deli/pastry shop and a fried food shop a few meters from the house.

Small single-story house in the middle of the fields, in absolute calm, a few meters from the bike path that runs along the Pò di Venezia canal. Spacious, bright, well equipped. Marilena is a charming host, always responsive. We enjoyed the small attentions. A perfect place for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Po Delta Park. We recommend it without hesitation!

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The apartment was evidently renovated maybe ten years ago, keeping the tiles, perhaps original, in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. I would have avoided some slightly disturbing paintings, but apart from these small things the apartment is pleasant and you feel at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but nothing else could be done in these pretty houses in the center. Convenient that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the house. Comfortable and spacious beds. A perfect location for visiting the center.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. Enough space for 3 people. It was good that there were two bedrooms. The double bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect to reach many cities and attractions by car. Beautiful walks directly from the house, e.g. walk through the forest to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to questions, even late at night when we arrived. Very nice touch to check in, there was water, wine, biscuits, coffee, juice. The kitchen is really very well equipped, we found everything we needed. A big plus is also the dishwasher. In particular, I would like to mention the dryer, which is available for the washing machine. We have never had this in any apartment so far - we appreciated the dryer very much, as it was unfortunately rather cold outside and rained several times, so the laundry would not have gotten dry without a dryer. We would have liked a small sofa to be able to watch TV comfortably. But the value is very good and fair.

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Apartment as new and very pleasant (even better than in the photos), very clean, in the historic center, but very quiet. Excellent stay in the complex. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Micro & Isotta's place. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the historic city center, the location was very convenient. It was exactly like the photos with a stylish artsy aesthetic and extremely clean, comfortable, had many great amenities and even some drinks and snacks provided! The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful as well! Isotta came to check me in, familiarize me with everything and gave many great tips for sight-seeing and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wish I could've stayed longer!

It's the second time i go to this appartment and it's always a pleasure! It's really well located in the storic center and you have an easy access to everything. The appartment is great, really nice amd clean and have all you need. Natalia is a great host and i highly recommend this place. I surely come back there anytime i come back to Rimini :)
