Vacation rentals with a pool in Marina Romea

The accommodation was a house on the side of the mountain, several homes cohabited while having their privacy and their clean exterior. The accommodation was equipped with all the amenities described and everything was perfectly functional, our host even found us a large stove to cook more easily! The property benefits from private and shaded car spaces which is not insignificant. The swimming pool below has unobstructed views of the valley. Pratovecchio offers all the necessary shops usually open until 8 p.m. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Siena, and all the surrounding villages that all offer a convent, a castle, a vineyard, in short you will not get bored. Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally received, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

Letizia was so friendly, and her dog, Luna, was the cutest! The airbnb itself is even better than in the pictures. my boyfriend and I made so many memories, had our much needed rest and tranquility. Truly one of the highlights of our year. The property is the pique of Tuscan summer, all appliances are renovated and more modern too! Would definitely suggest this to our families and maybe even invite them to stay together with!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Beautiful place. Very clean and great location.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel at home and the accommodations felt cozy, comfortable, and private, fitting with a relaxing Tuscan country vacation. Our cooking class was by far the best and most in depth we’ve had and the same goes for the winery tour. You can tell every person involved is passionate about their part of the agrotourismo experience. The restaurant was also one of the best meals of our trip and the cozy setting by the fire in fall was the perfect vibe. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay out of the city.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

Super home with many amenities Very good location, in the city of Casinina there is everything you need (shops, restaurants , cafes) It takes 35 minutes to get to the beaches, Forli airport just over an hour around beautiful mountains and walking areas

We had a great time with our kids, family and friends ♥️ A perfect place to spend holiday. Very peaceful and charming surrounding. Mountain view, birds singing, what else can we need? I would certainly recommend this place for my friends.

Home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wish we’d had more friends or family to enjoy all the space. And, to stay longer! It is remote, but so worth it!

Absolutely fantastic experience, we stayed with a group of friends, for the most part as a couple, and stayed at this villa beautifully. The property is very beautiful and functional and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the nature of the wonderful Tuscan landscape, and in the comfort of a Villa with all the options you could want. Of course, it would be more enjoyable with outdoor temperature a little higher than those in April, and with the use of the pool that is opened from May. Mr. Caterina was great for flexibility and friendliness.

House and pool were super nice and as in the photos. Only the bald machines above the beds are no longer there and so the bedrooms are a little more simple. The amenities are Italian/nostalgic, which we liked very much. Big drawback: The description did not say that two of the four bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st floor, virtually in separate apartments and these can only be reached via a separate staircase. The stairwell is around the house. For a family with children who cannot sleep alone on the floor, separate from the parents, so not suitable.

Geat and very quiet place. Fantastic owner VERY hepful with any sugestions from our side. If you are looking for nice views quiet time in the middle of forest - go there. Fully recomended.

Suffice it to say that the house is a hidden diamond. The hospitality felt like family ! We hope to be back one day ! Thank you for everything ☺️
