Vacation rentals with a pool in Marina Romea

Le logement était une maison située à flanc de montagne, plusieurs logements cohabitaient tout en ayant leur intimité et leur extérieur propre. Le logement était équipé de tous les équipements décrits et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel, notre hôte nous a même trouvé une grande poêle pour cuisiner plus facilement ! La propriété bénéficie d'emplacements de parking privatifs et ombragés ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La piscine située en contrebas des logements offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Pratovecchio offre tous les commerces nécessaires ouverts généralement jusqu'à 20h. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Sienne, et tous les villages environnants qui offrent tous un couvent, un château, un vignoble, bref vous ne vous ennuierez pas. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de kinderen van Bernedetta. Zij heeft alles tot in de puntjes uitgelegd en daarbij ook tips voor de omgeving gegeven. Het huis was top in orde en is daarnaast heel mooi! Het is een gebouw uit de 13e eeuw en veel details zijn mooi bewaard gebleven. Je zit bovenin de bergen met alleen op enkele honderd meters nog een ander vakantie verblijf van dezelfde familie. Verder heb je van niemand last. Je kunt daarbij genieten van een waanzinnig uitzicht.

Barbara ed Io abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Mariella dal 19 al 24 Giugno 2025. Villa meravigliosa, immersa in un oasi di pace , verdeggiante, silenziosa e ben curata. Mariella e Marco super gentili, cordiali, generosi, simpatici e allegri, insomma due persone meravigliose che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Sicuramente ci torneremo perché siamo stati veramente bene!

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Piacevolissima vacanza a Gabicce Monte in una zona molto tranquilla e riposante. L'alloggio è essenziale, non nuovo, complessivamente ordinato e ben tenuto, per le nostre esigenze é stato confortevole e pratico. La piscina limitrofa una piacevole alternativa al mare. Titti é un host reattiva, capace e in grado pienamente di rispettare la privacy dei propri clienti. Consiglio questo luogo a chi ama spostarsi tra la bellissima Romagna e l'incantevole entroterra delle Marche.

Letizia was so friendly, and her dog, Luna, was the cutest! The airbnb itself is even better than in the pictures. my boyfriend and I made so many memories, had our much needed rest and tranquility. Truly one of the highlights of our year. The property is the pique of Tuscan summer, all appliances are renovated and more modern too! Would definitely suggest this to our families and maybe even invite them to stay together with!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Abbiamo alloggiato tre settimane da Simona nell'appartamento Peonia. Il posto incantevole si contraddistingue per la pace assoluta, la pulizia, gli spazi curati con amore e dedizione indescrivibili. Simona e Valentina sono disponibili sotto ogni aspetto e al tempo stesso sanno essere discrete e mai invadenti, aspetto che ho apprezzato molto. Ci hanno offerto i loro preziosi prodotti agricoli con generosità e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni in piena libertà e privacy. L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e di gran gusto. La cucina attrezzata, la camera ampia e fresca, il bagno meraviglioso. A disposizione una lavanderia completa di lavatrice, stendino e macchina che prepara il ghiaccio. Parcheggio comodissimo con cancello automatico..E poi i cani di Simona ben educati sempre al loro posto. Noi abbiamo davvero amato la posizione immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare e il confort della piscina e di un ambiente silenzioso. Grazie di tutto!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel at home and the accommodations felt cozy, comfortable, and private, fitting with a relaxing Tuscan country vacation. Our cooking class was by far the best and most in depth we’ve had and the same goes for the winery tour. You can tell every person involved is passionate about their part of the agrotourismo experience. The restaurant was also one of the best meals of our trip and the cozy setting by the fire in fall was the perfect vibe. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay out of the city.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

Super dom z wieloma udogodnieniami Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w mieście Casinina jest wszytsko co potrzebne (sklepy, restauracje , kawiarnie) Dojazd na plaże zajmuje 35 minut , lotnisko Forli nieco ponad godzine wokół piękne góry i tereny spacerowe

In diesem Haus sind wir alle zur Ruhe gekommen. Wir waren drei Familien, die hier eine Woche zusammen gelebt und gelacht haben. Wie könnte man besser entspannen. Sicher ist es nicht das perfekte Haus, aber vielleicht ist gerade das so schön gewesen. Jeder hat so seine Nische und Rückzugsort gefunden und das hat das Haus, seine Bewohner (viele Eidechsen:)!) und die Umgebung so einzigartig gemacht. Pool und Tischtennisplatte sind auch sehr gut angekommen und waren immer im Eisatz. Für uns- da sind wir uns alle einig- war das der schönste Urlaub! Guiseppe war immer für uns da, was auch so ein heimeliges Gefühl in uns ausgelöst hat. Grazie mille!

Het huis van Leonardo is prachtig gelegen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. wij hebben ontzettend genoten van de prachtige natuur om het huis. Het huis is ook te voet in combinatie met openbaar vervoer te bereiken. Maar het stuk naar het huis is wel behoorlijk stijl. Voor ons was dit wel te doen om dagelijks naar beneden te lopen voor wat boodschappen. In Londa zijn verschillende leuke winkels en restaurants. Het huis is groot en goed geïsoleerd en daarom heerlijk koel op warme dagen. Het zwembad is prachtig en wordt goed onderhouden. Het water is niet verwarmd en daarom ideaal voor warme dagen. We willen nogmaals de eigenaar ( Leonardo) bedanken. Hij heeft hard gewerkt om het zwembad voor ons beschikbaar te maken. Ook was hij ons zeer behulpzaam, meer nog dan wat er van hem verwacht mag worden.

Home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wish we’d had more friends or family to enjoy all the space. And, to stay longer! It is remote, but so worth it!

Esperienza assolutamente fantastica, abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di amici, per la maggiorparte in coppia, ed abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in maniera splendida. La struttura è molto bella e funzionale ed ha tutto quello che ci vuole per una vacanza in relax nella natura del meraviglioso paesaggio Toscano, e nel confort di una Villa con tutti gli optional che si possano desiderare. Ovviamente sarebbe maggiormente godibile con delle tempereture esterne un po più alte di quelle di Aprile, e con l'uso della piscina che viene aperta da Maggio. La Sig.Caterina è stata fantastica per flessibilità e simpatia.

Haus und Pool waren super schön und wie auf den Fotos. Einzig die Baldachine über den Betten sind nicht mehr da und insofern sind die Schlafzimmer etwas schlichter. Die Ausstattung ist italienisch/nostalgisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Großes Manko: In der Beschreibung stand nichts davon, dass zwei der vier Schlafzimmer und Bäder im 1. Stock, quasi in seperaten Wohnungen und diese nur über ein seperates Treppenhaus zu erreichen sind. Das Treppenhaus befindet sich ums Haus herum. Für eine Familie mit Kindern, die nicht alleine in Etage, getrennt von den Eltern schlafen können, also nicht geeignet.

Geat and very quiet place. Fantastic owner VERY hepful with any sugestions from our side. If you are looking for nice views quiet time in the middle of forest - go there. Fully recomended.
