Vacation rentals with a pool in Marina Romea

We stayed at Podere Cerretino to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. It was the best week of our lives. Not only is the place beautiful, and the surrounds stunning, Nicola is the best air BnB host we have ever had. He went above and beyond, a lot of times without us even asking. From booking us restaurants and appointments, to connecting us with our amazing wedding planner, and booking us a pizza chef to come to the villa - the whole week was so incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about Nicola and his beautiful place. If you’re looking for a place to host a wedding, or just to relax, look no further.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

Loved the house and the location, the host was very proactive and very helpful. Excellent for large groups and families.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Very nice, quiet surroundings. Great house, equipped with the essentials. Washing machine is great. A good restaurant is within 15 minutes walking distance. In 15 minutes by car you are in the next largest town with shopping center etc. as well as by the sea. However, without a car, it is difficult to plan activities. Price/performance is great and the hostess very helpful and nice.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

It was perfect!

Top-notch swimming pool (pity there are only 2 sun loungers for the apartment). Very functional apartment with much appreciated air conditioning! The small bedroom does not have a window to the outside (only on the lobby)! A nice stay for my daughter's dance internship in Comacchio!

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. Super home with many amenities Very good location, in the city of Casinina there is everything you need (shops, restaurants , cafes) It takes 35 minutes to get to the beaches, Forli airport just over an hour around beautiful mountains and walking areas

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

House and pool were super nice and as in the photos. Only the bald machines above the beds are no longer there and so the bedrooms are a little more simple. The amenities are Italian/nostalgic, which we liked very much. Big drawback: The description did not say that two of the four bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st floor, virtually in separate apartments and these can only be reached via a separate staircase. The stairwell is around the house. For a family with children who cannot sleep alone on the floor, separate from the parents, so not suitable.

Fantastic house, location and a wonderful host in Leonardo. Area is stunning and so peaceful and private.
