Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their slice of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

I stayed in this small but very nice apartment (2 adults and a dog) and complete with every comfort with a superlative view of the sea and the village. It is located in a residential and quiet area but close to both the center and the sea by car. The walk from the house to the center of the village on foot is also very pleasant! Alessandro and Paola were very hospitable, delightful and precise in their directions! I hope to be back soon !!!

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

I have to restate what others have stated. The home is like stepping back in time, to the 1880's, but with modern amenities. Charming, quaint, quirky. It is like a museum, with portraits and objet d'art everywhere. His English is a bit choppy, but from what I could tell he did much of the work on his home himself. He is an artist. This place is not for everyone, then stay at the Hilton. This place was a treasure, transported back in time, like Dorothy stepping into color from black and white. Giovanni was a delight, very helpful. He was even kind enough to pick us up with our luggage at the garage where we left the car. He was thoughtful, responsive, and so helpful. Remember, you're staying in his home, and needs to be treated with respect. I would love to return to this special place.

We had a wonderful stay at Letizia's place. The property is perfectly located on the outskirts of San Gimignano overlooking the city and the Tuscan countryside. We were able to park in the parking lot next door at a discount through Letizia, which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely visit again!

...more than expected! Entering Sonia's house is like being on vacation with your parents: every care is present. Better than described on the Airbnb presentation.

We have had a fabulous 5 days. Ivana greeted us warmly and by the time we left we felt that we were leaving a friend. It was an easy walk into the town centre and supermarket. Nice coffee and pastries 2 mins walk away at the Esso and pizza a few more mins away. We loved the garden to sit in. Many thanks Ivana for our stay and for the fantastic communication Letizia.

A little gem in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Right on the street, but when the windows are closed, nice and quiet. The incredibly large garden cools the area and the stone house is perfect for June at 31 degrees. We really enjoyed our week. Cooked in the kitchen and grilled in the garden. We could simply use wood as long as it was available. At night, we could watch fireflies and in the evening stroll to the village or in 5 minutes to the Beck and Coop. We will be happy to come back. Thank you. You feel very comfortable! A dream.

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, a great refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

A cozy paradise nestled among an idyllic olive orchard, ran by the host family who gave us a sample bottle of their olive oil to enjoy during our stay (delicious!). Azzurra was very proactive, flexible and helpful during check in, and even gave us fabulous recommendations for local restaurants, nearby beaches and more. Beyond that, the apartment itself was full of little niceties and thoughtful details that showed Azzurra truly knows how to properly host guests who may be weary from travels. Lastly, we made friends with a charming and well-behaved old dog who politely greeted us during our morning coffee on the patio. 10/10, would love to return!

We truly enjoyed staying in Catherine’s place. It was the perfect spot after being in Rome for a week. Her hospitality, peaceful days and the Tuscan landscape were just what we needed! Catherine was also so helpful at recommending things to do in the area, and we enjoyed them all! We hope to be back to her place one day!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Very special location at the sea. House is beautiful. We realy enjoyed.

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Just 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

Large apartment, well-furnished, clean.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!
