Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und spektakulärem Blick aufs Meer. Kommen gerne wieder!

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Maria e suo marito sono stati host che, con grande gentilezza e discrezione, ci hanno accolti in una magnifica dimora sul mare: pulita, ben organizzata e con accesso praticamente privato al mare. 50 gradini vi separano da una scogliera brillante della quale potete godere una vista tranquilla e rilassante dalla splendida terrazza attrezzata. il parcheggio privato agevola gli spostamenti da una location che rimane vicina (5/20 mins) a tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Vacanza meravigliosa data anche da questa casa incredibile.

Una soluzione ottima per chi cerca una casa in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare. La casa di Cosimo é estremamente fedele alla descrizione, comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e funzionale all’interno, una meraviglia lo spazio esterno. Uscendo e percorrendo un breve sentiero si arriva sul mare. Nel nostro caso, probabilmente per il periodo ancora non di alta stagione e con giornate ventose, la pulizia della spiaggia ha lasciato a desiderare. Ma questo non ha intaccato l’esperienza ottima. Necessaria l’auto per muoversi, ma tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Lecce in 15 minuti circa. I genitori di Cosimo che ci hanno accolto, sono stati eccezionali.

La casa es un encanto. La decoracion, el mobiliario , sus patios. Anna Lisa estuvo pendiente de cualquier inquietud en todo momento. Es muy amable, nos dejo regalias a la llegada , y hasta un vinito de bienvenida . Tambien habia flores frescas sobre la mesa. Todo perfecto y hermoso.

Tutto perfetto, immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, era un piacere tornare a casa a fine giornata e davvero un peccato lasciarla l'ultimo giorno! Tiziana e famiglia davvero preziosi e disponibili. Tutto curato, giardino immenso, molto pulito e sicuro, l'ideale per chi come noi ha un cane che ama perlustrare e curiosare. Ottima base per visitare tutto il salento. Ci torneremo!

Nous avons eu un super séjour dans la villa. Je rejoins les commentaires déjà laissés, la villa et le jardin sont bien mieux que ce que peuvent laisser penser les photos! Super central, à 2min à pied du centre ville piéton. On recommande chaudement! Et Sabrina est joignable, aidante et très sympathique.

We had a great stay at the apartment of Marco. The city Lecce is really beautiful and the apartment is in the historic center, so everything is close by. The roofterrace was really nice and big and also the apartment was bigger then we expected. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

L’appartement et la terrasse sont très agréables. Antonella est très réactive et attentionnée. Nous avons été accueillies par sa gentille maman. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Lido Conchiglie. En mai, douceur, chaleur et très peu de monde! Magnifique!

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

We had a nice stay - close to the seaside and everything as described. Would book it again!

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

Carlo et Anna nous ont très bien accueilli. Arrivant de nuit vers 21h, ils nous avaient mis à disposition une bouteille d'eau et de rosé au frais, des tomates et raisin du jardin, du pain, café, huile d'olive...etc. Carlo parlant francais, la discussion etait aisée. Leur propriété est magnifique et nous avons bien profité de la piscine, de la table de ping-pong, du boulodrome. Le logement est spacieux, très propre, confortable et la terrasse très agréable, le tout décorés avec soin par Anna. Ils nous avaient mis à disposition des nattes de plage et parasol pour nos excursions sur la côte. On peut se garer dans la propriété avec un accès privé. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. De accomodatie is echt perfect, bij aankomst werden we zee vriendelijk ontvangen en stond er een eigen gebakken taatt voor ons klaar. Alles was netjes schoon en in de keuken waren alle viorzieningen aanwezig, zelfs kruiden en olijfolie. In de tuin waan je je in je eigen oase, zeer mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Het zwembad en de BBQ (voorzien van houtskool) staan ter beschikken. Geweldig en zeker iets om terug naar te keren
