Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. L'interno è composto da un soggiorno, un angolo cottura, un bagno e al piano superiore la stanza da letto, il tutto arredato scrupolosamente con grande cura e dotato di ogni comfort. Casa della Zia is an apartment with 6 beds and two bedrooms, located just 100 meters from the beach. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We are in the village of Caronia Marina, where shops, bars, restaurants, and the train station are only a few minutes from the accommodation, while the main beach is easily reachable on foot, just 200 meters from the apartment. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all modern comforts.
