Super pobyt, mieszkanie ciepłe i czyste, dostępne naczynia, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka do ubrań na dole ale nie korzystaliśmy. Duży apartament na naszą czwórkę. Pościel i ręczniki czyste. Zimą przydałby się czajnik ale to szczegół, można poradzić sobie na kuchence

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo incantevole appartamento sito nella Val di Non e siamo stati davvero soddisfatti della nostra scelta. L’appartamento era molto accogliente e soprattutto pulito, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che ci ha subito fatto sentire a casa (il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare anche un graziosissimo albero di Natale, molto apprezzato). La cucina era ben attrezzata, completa di tutto il necessario per preparare i nostri pasti, inclusi lavastoviglie e forno, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire consigli su escursioni e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Un’esperienza davvero positiva che consiglio a chi cerca una sistemazione tranquilla e ben attrezzata nella splendida Val di Non.

I can only echo all the previous reviews – this place is absolutely superb and has everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting any of the nearby ski resorts or exploring hiking tracks. I can honestly say that this was one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far, and I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Martinelli! Thank you, Luisa and Giovanni, for taking such great care of us and having us!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Luigi. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet – man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch wenn es eine kleine Sprachbarriere gab, war die Kommunikation mit Luigi unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir konnten uns problemlos verständigen und haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: In der Beschreibung war angegeben, dass Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche vorhanden seien – das war leider nicht der Fall. Da jedoch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in weniger als fünf Minuten Fußweg erreichbar sind, ließ sich das schnell beheben. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Awesome stay in an awesome city! Convenient, clean, cosy and comfortable would be just a few words to describe this beautiful home. From the incredibly hospitable hosts, to the stunning location, we could not have asked for a better stay in one of our favourite cities! Close to bus stops, shops and the city centre, we thoroughly enjoyed the easy commutes as well as the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone for their visit to Trento!

Non possiamo che lasciare una recensione positiva sia sulla casa che soprattutto su Marcello! La casa è stata trovata bene, pulita, comoda su ogni aspetto, aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno!!! Sembrava di essere a casa propria !!!! Marcello persona molto gentile fin da subito e molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, ci abbiamo parlato bene ed è stato fin da subito molto accogliente!!! La posizione della casa, molto comoda vicino ad ogni punto d’interesse !!!! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo !!!

Jacopo é um ótimo anfitrião. Nos respondia muito rapidamente com clareza e gentileza. A casa dele é muito confortável com uma sala aconchegante com vista para as montanhas. Estava frio e a calefação aquece com muita eficiência. É um lugar charmoso e muito diferente para nós Brasileiros. Vale a pena conhecer.

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist fantastisch, und die Räume sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauses, allerdings muss man Treppen steigen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, was für Rollstuhlfahrer weniger geeignet ist. Die Aussicht ist zwar beeindruckend, aber die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen. Ohne Auto ist es nicht besonders praktisch. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Ortisei in etwa 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten.

Tolle Unterkunft! Super netter Gastgeber. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Alles wie beschrieben, ruhige Lage - perfekt zum kraft tanken und Ausflüge zum wandern zu machen. Der Schwimmteich, die Gemüsebete und der große Garten haben es uns besonders angetan. Vielen Dank, für die schöne Zeit!

Il signor Stefano è stato molto ospitale e cordiale; appartamento molto curato, accessoriato e accogliente. Skibus a 4min a piedi, posizione centrale.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Great Place with a Magnificent View and just a Perfect Getaway Location for Weekend with everything you wish for including modern Sauna, Garden Area and Fire Place. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Annalisa’s apartment during our skiing holiday. Lifts to the ski slopes are a ~5 to 10 min drive away. Annalisa was an amazing host, responding quickly and clearly. She was always very kind and helpful. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very clean. There is even a sauna and washing machine available! She gave us amazing advice on restaurants too! We are very thankful for Annalisa’s beautiful apartment and kindness.

We had a great time at the appartment, six people, 4 adults, 2 kids. Terrace mountain view is amazing and no direct neighbouring houses (apart from the flats in the same building), so safe snd sound ✌️ 2 bathrooms and many sleeping options, including the couch, make it very convenient when with small kids, the place is bright, wrll equipped and very cosy. Its only hard to find 😅 the given address doesnt correspond to the building exactly, but with the hostesss help we managed. We had amazing time!

I would like to give the best rating to this wonderful apartment, which we rented for a week. It helped us not to be so sad about the bad weather on the mountain, which limited skiing, because it was pleasant to spend time in this apartment. It is very cozy, bright, with a great panoramic view of Bormio and the mountains. The apartment charmingly combines modern and ancient in a tasteful interior. The apartment is furnished with genuine care and respect for the tenants. It is also very practical and convenient for skiers - there is enough space to store and dry wet clothes. The kitchen is very thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for cooking and for beautiful food enjoyment. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

alloggio conforme all'annuncio. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni. l'appartamento è pulito, con tutti i servizi, ben caldo e confortevole

Estrema disponibilità da parte dell’host, alloggio pulito e profumato, i servizi elencati rispecchiano quanto abbiamo trovato e ne sono presenti ulteriori (es. è disponibile il diffusore). Accanto all’ingresso è presente la fermata dell’auto n.19 che porta direttamente in centro, in stazione e autostazione in Max 15’ e gli orari sono rispettati con Max 2’ di ritardo. Con una piccola passeggiata è possibile arrivare alla funivia per Sardagna. Appartamento difronte al Muse, nel quartiere Le Albere disegnato dallo studio di Renzo Piano, come l’appartamento stesso, alloggiarvi è già un’esperienza.

Sono molto soddisfatta dell'alloggio e della collaborazione offerta de Elisa, sotto questo aspetto tornerei molto volentieri. I doppi servizi sono strautili e l'appartamento è veramente grande, accogliente e ben diviso. Nell'angolo cottura vi era, oltre alle pentole, quanto necessario per una spaghettata, ivi compreso il sale, lo zucchero, l' olio Etc! Fantastico!!! Un bel 10 e lode all'host. Sono invece rimasta un poco male per le modifiche apportate alla struttura del Solaria, che ho frequentato negli anni '80 \ '90, quando il complesso era pienamente accessibile a prescindere dalla zona in cui si trovava l'appartamento. L'aver creato zone off limit per i clienti dell'Albarè penso sia stata una scelta penalizzante per l'intero complesso. Peccato! quell'astronave enorme, nella quale ti potevi muovere ed accedere ai servizi liberamente dall'interno utilizzando corridoi ed ascensori, era un unicum senza eguali, sopratutto per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Peccato!

Casa munita di tutti i confort, molto pulita. Zona comoda per muoversi nelle varie cittadine circostanti.

È stato un soggiorno davvero impeccabile, molto pulito e in linea con la nostra idea di soggiorno!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Residenza Le due Torri, auch wenn wir leider eine etwas verregnete Woche erwischt haben. Umso schöner war es, eine helle, freundliche Ferienwohnung (Maisonettewohnung im 2. Stock) als Rückzugsort zu haben. Christiano war ein äußerst freundlicher, immer ansprechbarer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Klasse fanden wir den Brötchendienst und die Möglichkeit, Räder auszuleihen. Im Ort ist der Parco Grotta e Cascata Varone eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Ein kleiner Wunsch: Es wäre schön, Spülmittel und Spüllappen vorzufinden. Ein Geschirrtuch war aber vorhanden.
