Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

I had a pleasant stay at this property. It was clean and matched the description in the listing. It has the best location and very close to SM Lazaro. The Wi-fi worked well. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She was easy to communicate with which I really appreciate. One thing to note is that toilet paper is not included as part of the amenities which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, an excellent stay overall!

Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

Responsive and Accommodating

I had an amazing stay at Caye’s place! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including some board games and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. Check-in was seamless, and Caye was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

El Grace Villa is a great place to reconnect with family and spend quality time with the kids. The villa had everything that we needed, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing. clean, and private. It was a peaceful stay! Erick’s parents are very nice and accommodating too. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

The place is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The building had secure entry which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like towels, and other essentials. The host, Rhea, was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

We had a great stay. Joy is very friendly. We recommend upgrading the internet service to a much faster speed specially for work from home peeps who would like to stay here. But still the place is very clean and we will definitely be back here!

Stayed at Casa Editha because of a concert in PH Arena (just 15-20 mins away). Place is as described, and spacious enough for 4 adults + 1 small dog. It is easy to find, in a secured and peaceful location, GrabFood is available, near different stores and establishments, so no worries on your daily needs. We will definitely book this place again!

Our stay was generally peaceful considering the place is near a main highway. The area is near malls, it was convenient to buy stuff and bring back to where we stayed. The place itself was apt in space. We appreciated that it had streaming services available, we caught up with some series in Netflix on days that we stayed in. The aircon was enough to keep the place cool; quite handy that it had two electric fans to circulate the cool air. The quality of cookware was pretty good. I had the opportunity to cook and used them. The place had its laundry area. Though not inside the unit, it was private and not shared. The place was well-maintained. Jacque as a host was responsive and helpful. It was thoughtful that a week into our stay, she gave us a fresh clean set of comforter, pillow cases, bed sheet, towels, and bathroom rugs. I am so appreciative that she let us extend for a few hours beyond the checkout time without additional cost. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!
