One of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. The house is absolutely beautiful and situated in a charming neighborhood only a 5-min walk from dynamic Frenchmen St and ~20-min walk from the French Quarter. Despite its proximity to these hotspots, the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The house itself is larger than it appears with a full kitchen, foyer, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a huge and comfortable bed. Robert is very pleasant, and there are many cats outside to pet. The house is furnished with everything you would need and more for a comfortable stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely be eager to book if returning to NOLA!

Craig is the shit. A funny, generous, passionate host. A keeper of the neighborhood. This spot is very comfortable and clean and in one of the greatest neighborhoods in one of the greatest cities in the world. Absolutely beautiful. Who Dat Coffee, one block away, rocks, too. Thank you, Craig!

We lucked out on what could have been a disaster! The original location had water problems and was cancelled a week before our trip. Rodney came to the rescue with an even better accommodation than we started with, closer to the live music on Frenchmen St. and the fine restaurants. The blue binder in the living room provided a wealth of ideas and practical suggestions, such as where the nearest food store was and how to get there. I definitely recommend the location AND accommodations!

A private fenced back patio is featured, surrounded by lush greenery and colorful accents. Comfortable seating areas include a wicker couch and a small table, with a decorative rug beneath. An air conditioning unit is positioned above, providing cool comfort for the area.

The Art House was the best Airbnb we have stayed. It was better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you need. Location was perfect. Safe area, close to everything. If you want a true, authentic NOLA experience, it is 100% worth staying here. We were 2 couples and each had our own bedroom with individual AC. Lovely to stay in eat a few nights, listening to music and chilling. Amazing, responsive host, would 100% book next time in NOLA. The art is amazing, true experience!

I love the Bywater area, and it was so easy to walk to all the quickly local spots. Also, Ubers were cheap if you wanted to venture farther since the place is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.
