A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. Special rates available on request for quiet groups and families :) Also suitable for up to 8 people! Wellness Facilities: Enjoy a first-class wellness weekend at my house with a sauna, a year-round heated whirlpool (up to 42°C), and a pool (cold plunge). Basics: You can expect bathrobes, towels, complimentary coffee, and a selection of herbs and spices.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Our charming vacation home in the picturesque Erzgebirge can accommodate up to 10 people and is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation in nature. Nestled in the idyllic landscape and just steps away from the forest, the house is ideal for hikes and relaxing walks through untouched nature. The cottage is completely renovated in 2024 with all the amenities, combined with a loving decor to make you feel at home.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
