Due to the house insulation and the built-in underfloor heating, we had a great and warm indoor climate in winter. For us, Christine is a real superhost. Their hospitality is always noticeable. We will be happy to come back.

Anne and Clive's apartment is very nice to stay in. We have been there for a short ski break. The apartment is 10 minutes away by car from the Fanningberg ski area. The village itself is a 5-minute walk. It is a cozy little village with several nice restaurants. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities and is located in a beautiful area. We were very warmly and well received by Anne and Clive. We had a lovely time & would recommend it to anyone to stay here!

Tom and Tines place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. When another Airbnb didn’t work out, Tom did us a huge favour and made his place available for us at short notice. The apartment, the views, the location, is everything we wanted and more. The only problem was that we had to leave after 2 nights. A very special find 💎

The apartment has everything you need, is super clean and you feel right at home. Sauna was great and everything looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, at the time, there were almost no restaurants open in the village itself and you always had to drive a bit. All in all, it's still totally nice there.

very very nice, spacious, clean and modern apartment, equipped with all facilities. at ideal distances from various ski resorts nearby. the communication with the host Martha is absolutely exquisite - very accurate, quick, friendly and helpful. absolutely recommended!

Everything is fine - gladly again

This place is beautiful. We felt right at home. We stopped to stay here on the same day notice while driving across country. The host was very responsive and extremely nice. She even offered to bring us breakfast. The house is next to a creek so you can hear the water when you open the window, it was peaceful. What really stood out was the surroundings, the mountains around this place is breathtaking. Overall we had a very good experience, one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed.

Absolutely recommended! In the immediate vicinity of many hiking trails. Very well-equipped kitchen + a smaller kitchen in the attic. Perfect for groups of friends/relatives! There were 11 of us (9 adults and 2 children). The kids had a lot of fun in the garden or in the playroom. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom, which makes organization much easier. Erika was very helpful and available when needed. Thank you very much and see you next time! P.S. I would just recommend changing the key safe as it is a bit old and we needed a bit of time and several attempts to open it.

Our stay at Thomas & Theresa’s place was fantastic! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for our trip. The location was excellent, close to great ski spots and local amenities. Thomas & Theresa were great hosts—communicative, helpful, and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Extremely friendly older couple who welcome you neatly and explain everything. Everything is present and is located on the ground floor so no lugging with your suitcases up the stairs. The owner of the house can proudly tell about his plane and the accompanying stories of his pilots time what he still does. Recommended!

The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of stunning nature, thoughtful hospitality, and top-notch amenities made it an experience we can’t wait to repeat!

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a mid-mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always available for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located 5 km down in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We recommend it.

Everything was fine and we had a great stay, beautiful accommodation, beautiful views of the city. Great owners.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.
