The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Had a great stay at the chalet. It was particularly nice that there was a lot for our children, actually we didn't have to take any toys with us. The kitchen was really well equipped, everything was thought of here! We'd love to come back! The only drawback was the whirlpool in the courtyard entrance, we would have liked it better if it was on the terrace - not everyone always wants to be in the pool. Otherwise, really a great place to stay and an all-around nice stay!

We spent an extended family weekend at the place and felt very comfortable! Although it rained a lot, we did not get bored. The furnishings of the house are also well equipped for rainy days. It offers a lot of variety, such as a sauna, table tennis and billiards. And because of the many rooms, there is also enough space to be able to retreat. We highly recommend the place!

The holidays in this apartment were really unforgettable! The location is just perfect — almost right in the city center, close to the mineral spring column, with all the infrastructure, restaurants and funicular. Plus, the apartment is located on a height, which guarantees clean air and beautiful views. Parking is great, which is essential for those traveling by car. The owner really thought of everything: everything was carefully prepared, including all the essentials for a child, from hygiene products to toiletries. It's very enjoyable and convenient! The resort itself is a true paradise to relax. Hot springs, concerts, delicious food, a multitude of historic sites. And of course, a Thai massage, which was a great complement to our stay. If you're looking for the perfect vacation, feel free to choose this place!

Nice and clean apartment, friendly host, pets are allowed which is not as common in the area - was a big plus for us.

Great location and I felt very much at home :) cozy and beautiful. The only thing is that you should be aware that luggage has to be carried upstairs. 😆 I had a wonderful stay.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have been there for the second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children liked to play with the existing toys and stuffed animals. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything was great, 100% recommendation.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good also for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really tall people! There were also two bathrooms, one of them has slopes, but it is very large. From the windows of the bedrooms you can see the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! This upstairs apartment is perfect for an active couple. The whole of Karlovy Vary is within walking distance. Supermarkets are very close. You can also walk along the steam right into the spa area. So the location is great. I like how the host has taken photos of everything and indeed the kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. What I did notice is how the rooms are actually bigger than the photos show. There is plenty of room here. The shower and washing machine both work well. Just all in all a very comfortable space for your visit.

The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! All in all, a perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. We'll come gladly come back and can only highly recommend this apartment!

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail that has gone into this accommation. Every single little thing you would need is provided. I undertook a very diificult trip in Czechia 9 weeks after hip replacement surgery for the wedding of a dear friend. I was exhausted when I arrived in Plzen. Snacks, welcome beer, fruit, tea,coffee and sugar. The simple ability to wash clothes, without having to go and get detergent. Books to read, games, blankets for sitting on the balcony. And a guest Netflix account. The hosts have put their heart into this property, and it shows. This meant a lot to me, as I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. This rental was perfect for me, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was lucky enough to record and document a European Kestral, who is nesting somewhere nearby.
