Great place in a great location.

We had a wonderful time at Mike and Brenda’s condo. It had everything we needed. A large beautiful kitchen. A great balcony with a view of the emerald water. They had beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. There are beautiful large pools in both buildings. Even though we had to cross the street to get to the beach it wasn’t a big deal at all. It was a breeze. We felt very safe crossing the street. We enjoyed a tropical drink at the tiki bar. The drinks were delicious and the setting is heavenly. Check in was easy. The hosts respond quickly and they made us feel very supported. The beds are comfortable and everything is pristine. We hope to return again. We highly recommend this amazing place. We had a friend getting married in Rosemary beach and it was so close that the drive was no problem. Thank you Mike and Brenda for hosting us. We created some beautiful memories to look back on forever.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing! The beach was not overcrowded! People were friendly. Everything was clean. Plenty of extra blankets. We brought our own towels and laundry supplies but they were available for use. Cabinets were older but was not an issue for us. The shells were in abundance. Our boys caught a monster of a fish from shore. Garbage shoot was in a convenient spot. Diane was great to communicate with. The only thing I noticed often was the sirens. Otherwise this was a great experience for our family! The sound of the waves and view every morning and night is everything we hoped it would be! Fatty Patty’s was an amazing local must! Absolutely delicious!

We had a wonderful time for spring break! The location of the resort is great and the condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! If we vacation in Panama City Beach again, we will definitely try to stay here!

This is the second time we have stayed at Julia’s condo. She is a great host, very responsive!! The condo is walkable from the beach and several great areas - Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary. It is very clean and perfect for two people!

Our second time staying here, and it did not disappoint! We love the familiarity of the resort and appreciate the hosts' friendliness and accommodations.

The condo is exactly as described. Everything was made easy by Blane. 1 problem with the new water heater, recently installed, we had while there and he promptly had it fixed. Otherwise, no issues at all. The best view ever. We are already planning the date to stay here again this year!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Thy and Derick’s place. It was perfect for our spring break get away. The house was clean and spacious. We went to the pools everyday! The area was quiet and tranquil, which was perfect for us. We had bikes delivered and rode everyday on the path next to 30A. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to PCB!! The house was pleasantly stocked with pretty much everything you could think of. It was the perfect size for my dog to roam and was a very short walk to the beach, which is an added bonus. We felt very “at home” the whole time !

Chuck was a great host! When we arrived the fridge smelled very strongly of fish and something had been spilled in the fridge. He came immediately when I let him know and cleaned it thoroughly completely eliminating the smell. He also lent us equipment for the beach and suggested places to eat that allowed pets. Great experience and would stay with Chuck again

Our stay was honestly fantastic. It was in the perfect location, right by the beach which made it so easy for us to run back to the house several times from the beach. The house was very spacious and nice. The backyard was great and made it easy having it fenced in if you have little kids or a dog. Best place to stay if you prefer a quiet relaxing time and the beach wasn’t crowded at all compared to other spots. Would definitely come again! David was very communicative and made sure everything was perfect.

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Great stay. Jack was super kind and responsive. Would be my first choice next time I go back to Tallahassee.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home a short walk to both the beach and great eating. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the regional access point for the beach. While the accesss point is small, it limits the crowd. The neighborhood was quiet and private. Our host was super responsive. A minor repair was needed to a shower and it was addressed right away. The beach and pool gear on-site was a huge relief as we did not need to bring our own. We enjoyed the pool, which was in a great spot to be shielded from the sun in the morning and late afternoon. The home itself was great, a massive kitchen with dual fridges and dishwashers opens to the living area and eating area, making it easy to manage and entertain a large group. We had room to do a large puzzle on one end, stage towels and sunscreen on the other, and still have plenty of room for dishes and room to eat at the counter. The ground floor full bathroom was very useful for quick showers as well.

Had a really great, short stay here in beautiful PCB. The kids loved the mini golf right out the back door. The area was gated and felt very peaceful and safe. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is to add a few more kitchen gadgets, like a working can opener and some more cutting boards/knifes for those cooking in like we did. Overall, great place!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the space feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions or small concerns I had were addressed almost instantly, which really enhanced my experience and gave me peace of mind. The maintenance staff was also exceptionally friendly. When I ran into them during my stay, they were polite and eager to assist, adding a nice personal touch to the overall experience. The location is another major highlight. Being close to both Aldi and Publix was so convenient, especially for grabbing groceries or last-minute essentials. It saved me a lot of time and made it easy to prepare meals during my stay.

Vanessa is wonderful and the house had everything we needed to make our trip fun and efficient. The location is perfect - quick walk to the beautiful beach or shops. We highly recommend!

The location of the house was great! Very close to the beach, even closer than I thought it would be. It's a beautiful beach. There's a restaurant next door and a place across the street with rentals and food, ice cream, etc. There's also a nice walking trail. Conveniently located to other towns in the area. Enough space for our family.

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

Great stay for the most part, very nice on the inside. The bar next door was loud pretty late which is at no fault of Dawn. She did have fans and noise makers which helped, hard to drown out the bass though.
