A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The house has three bright bedrooms, a spacious, rustic living room and a romantic kitchen, where the old fireplace is preserved. We provide the cozy setting. You provide bed linen and sheets

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

There are about 300 meters to the beach, which is very child-friendly and rich in nature. If you need peace and a relaxing vacation, this is worth a visit. There is a short distance to the city, where you will find a fine selection of shopping opportunities, shops, cafes, harbor environment and restaurants as well as one of North Jutland's best beaches.

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and beach. Close to playland and water park. The home contains 3 rooms each with a double bed, 1 children's room with a junior bed and 1 crib as well as a changing table. There is a sauna in the bathroom on the 1st floor. The house is located on the water side with only 300 meters to a very child-friendly beach. The beds are made and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
