With a population of over 2000, the village boasts a golf course, skiing, MBT routes, public pool, tennis courts, pharmacy, supermarkets and restaurants.

Close to the heart of the village, quiet luxury apartment made to meet the highest of standards for families or group of friends who want to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Located just a few minute walk to the first slope that will take you on the famous 35km Königtour with its 6 peaks and 120 km of slopes. Ski bus stop is located 50 m from the house. Only 3 appartments in the house.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The apartment is located only about 1.5 km from the center of Maria Alm and the entrance to the Hochkönig ski resort and is also easily accessible by bus. The countless destinations in the region will make your vacation a real experience.
