We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully restored stable with its own charming patio. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and situated in a peaceful setting on a stunning estate. It’s ideally located — close to the sea (Trani) and the remarkable Castel del Monte — yet tucked away in a quiet, non-touristy region, perfect for those seeking rest and natural beauty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions, and their adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. The local olive oil, produced right on the property, is simply excellent — a real treat. There are also some great restaurants in the nearby area, offering delicious local cuisine. Whether you're exploring the nearby sights or just relaxing on the patio, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist auf dem höchsten Standard, sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Details wie, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine private Veranda und Außendusche heben diese Unterkunft auf das nächste Level. Aber noch exklusiver ist die Lage, die Villa liegt direkt am Stadtstrand auf einem großen Anwesen in einem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Die Gastgeber Angelo und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit den besten Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Die besten Restaurants sind alle nur 2-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Accoglienza, disponibilità, simpatia. L'appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla e comodissima, davvero una piacevole esperienza. Consigliatissimo.

Amikor a stílus, a kényelem, a szépség és a tökéletes vendéglátás találkozik. Mi ezt éreztük Annalisa lakásában, ahol egyszerre érződik a város lüktetése, és a kikapcsolódás lehetősége. Minden napszakban más és más élményt nyújt, a hajnali fényektől, a halászhajók érkezéséig, a harangszótól a környékből felszűrődő vibráló élettel teli hangokig. Egy percre sétára van a homokos strand és a szikrázó kék tenger, ahol így október elején inkább a helyiekkel találkoztunk. A lakás kényelmes és otthonos, de konyha nincs benne, viszont a környéken több étterem és kávézó is van, csak a szieszta időt kell tiszteletben tartani. :-) A lépcsőház keskeny és magas lépcsők vezetnek fel a lakásig, amit érdemes figyelembe venni, valamint a zuhany nagyon szűk helyen van, ami okozhat nehézséget. Mindezekkel együtt, egy gyönyörű, autentikus és egyedülálló ingatlan, ami nem mindennapi élményt nyújt. Bármikor visszamennénk!

C'est une première pour nous dans cette région précise en Italie et on quitte cette magnifique ville qu'est Marguerita Di Savoia avec de merveilleux souvenirs qui partiront avec nous vers de nouvelles découvertes. Un grand merci à Rita pour son accueil et ce séjour très confortable. L'appartement est spacieux on s'y retrouve facilement ainsi qu'avec une douche réalisée à l'italienne très propre et facile d'utilisation, accompagnée d'une tranquillité et calme remarquable tout cela grâce au triple vitrage des fenêtres. Le réseau Wifi est excellent à son tour. Une cuisine tout à fait spacieuse également avec tout le nécessaire, de plus Rita a eu l'amabilité d'offrir des boissons bien fraîches ainsi que des fruits mûrs, de l'huile d'olive, et du sel qui a été spécialement produit dans cette ville, de ce fait vous remarquerez aux proximités de la ville des salins qui sont impressionnants à observer. Nous étions très agréablement surpris ❤️. Un séjour familial italien très agréable !!!

If I could, I would give Gianni and his place a 7-star review! There is something so special about people who simply care - and you can easily feel that in every little thing. I loved the place with its design, the little touches, the fact that it was clean, tidy and in a very safe and authentic for the region building. The location was perfect and I truly felt like a local during my trip to Bari. Gianni was beyond helpful and he waited patiently for me to arrive, then welcomed me with all the nicest recommendations. I can go on for days about how nice my overall experience was but I will simply stick to - would strongly recommend! Looking forward to coming here again! Thank you, Gianni! ☺️☺️☺️

Appartamento ampio e spazioso. Ottimamente arredato e ben fornito. Sono presenti due condizionatori, un ventilatore e zanzariere alle finestre. Praticamente di fronte al mare in una zona con tutti i servizi. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre veloce nel rispondere. Torneremo sicuramente.
