Beautiful modern chic home north of Bari with everything you need. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, in a closed residential park, so it's completely safe. The nearest public transportation is about 2 km, so a rental car or taxi is recommended. Anton is more than a perfect host, he did everything for us, he helped us with everything, we were very happy to meet you, I hope to be back! Thank you Anton!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

The apartment we got was different from the one in the photos. The amenities were better than the listing. There was air conditioning that you can't see in the listing. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. A clean bathroom with a bidet, everything is in working order. Washer. No iron. Quiet neighborhood, downstairs shops with vegetables, fish, liquors, cafe. The pool is no longer open in October. Close to a nice cove that shows the charm and cleanliness of the water by the calm sea. The host is kind and helpful. A quiet town, not much going on in October. To Bari half an hour by bus 12 or train from the train station 30min away. A good base for exploring nearby towns. Recommended.

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve, and had a very good time. We loved the company of the dogs and the kitten of the property, very affectionate. Roberta was a really kind and helpful host. In particular, she was very kind to reschedule a meeting in the following days, as once the stay was over, I realized that I had left an item in the apartment. She got it back and brought it back to me, thank you very much.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

This Spring is very well located, 2 steps from the sea, with facilities included: Pool, umbrella and beach mattress, bikes. Only downside to our stay, the price of Breakfasts 10€/pers with a very simple buffet, and the beach restaurant with a price difference of + €3 compared to the Spring! But the staff is very friendly which made our stay very pleasant Jean

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Cozy place with perfect location. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The service and the drinks and snacks provided were very good. The bathroom is very cramped. It's a little tricky for tall people. Unfortunately, the apartment is clearly audible, so you can hear a lot at night. If you don't want to cook for yourself, the kitchen is completely sufficient. Despite all this, the stay was great and the place is great for a few days in Bari.

An absolutely wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional home within the old city of Bari. The photos don’t do the house justice, it’s beautiful and the sunny terrace was a huge bonus. Lots of bars and wee shops close by but far enough away to ensure a quiet evening and night. There are a lot of stairs, which kept us fit! But may not suit someone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this family home to anyone planning to base themselves in Bari when exploring Puglia.

Giuseppe was great and very friendly. The place was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming again.

Better that we hoped for, the apartment is located very close to the castle and port, there is no washing machine but there is a laundromat right down the street. Very cozy and clean.

Great place to stay in the old city of Bari. We traveled with our 3 years old daughter and felt like at home. The place is located at quiet square without car traffic. There is a terrace outside and a lot of plants. The kitchen is well equipped and we felt really comfortable at Pietro's place. We checked in earlier for which we are very grateful. Definitely recommend this place.

Interesting apartment. In a small space, a nice and cozy place. The bathrooms are small but in the description it is explicit, I recognize that they made possible the most out of a very small space. The place to get around in Bari is excellent.

Fabio was very helpful when I asked where to buy a few items including a swimsuit after the summer season. Molfetta was beautiful and unexpectedly interesting.

Roberto is a good and committed host. The accommodation was good and was in a quiet part of Bari.

Raffaella is an extremely responsive host and her house so accessible for all of Bari and very easy to access transport links. Location gives a feel of the old city but also day to day life. I loved being close to the bells. House is tall with a terrace, a huge bonus. Not a place for those that struggle with stairs but I loved the different floors. House was spotless too. I would go back.

Excellent vacation week and to repeat. The place and the whole complex are well maintained and cared for in every detail. Difficult climb to walk, 1 km with important slope. Exceptional view from the condominium terrace, equally quiet, possibility of using a barbecue and a wood-burning oven in the common area, equipped with a sink near the barbecue area and an additional condominium bathroom, always near the barbecue area. Well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, large refrigerator, only the oven is missing. Spacious room, well-kept bathroom and well cleaned. Air conditioning is not present, but the fan in the room is enough to ensure a good sleep. Highly recommended!

Staying here gave us a taste of what it might be like to be a local. The apartment felt like a real home, not just holiday accommodation. It was clean, the hosts friendly and kind and the location was great.

Very good and central location. Wonderful roof terrace. Spiral staircase very steep and narrow you have to be good on your feet.

We felt very comfortable at Casa Monica. Everything is so sweet and nicely decorated. Lots of loving details. A very comfortable bed and a great kitchen. A very nice bathroom. The terrace is very nice. It was just beautiful at Monica's and she is a very, very friendly hostess. Many great places were easy to reach from Noicattaro. We would love to come back here anytime. ❤️

Easy to settle in Giuseppe's place. In the historic center of Giovinazzo, near the sea, beautiful alleys and breathtaking views. The house is for five people on several floors, not suitable for those with leg pain. In the evening you can dine on the uncovered terrace with a view of the cathedral. Giuseppe was very kind in recommending useful information such as free parking, supermarkets and trattorias. I recommend it

Alessandro's home is truly a jewel to discover, spacious, comfortable, elegant and furnished with care and taste. The outdoor space is all to live in order to eat in the sun and let the children play in complete safety. And then there is Alessandro, a very kind host, attentive to your needs and very quick to support, professional and friendly. Thank you also to the mom who welcomed us in the best way when we arrived. I really recommend this fantastic accommodation with the heart. ah, there is a trullo on the property....true!
