Each and every element of this former public house has been carefully considered: From the state-of-the-art private cinema in the old beer cellar to the repurposing of the saloon bar into a bright, yet cosy entertaining and dining space, a modern fully fitted kitchen, with adjoining breakfast-coffee bar, to the creation of five double en-suite bedrooms featuring contemporary furnishings and designer fittings. The house makes a perfect base to explore the areas' exceptional mix of golf courses. Three superb championship links courses, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal St Georges and Princes Golf Club, plus two downland courses in nearby Walmer & Kingsdown and North Foreland. The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. The house is located in Deal, a charming, vibrant town with many unique shops. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.

Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has the most magnificent direct seaview and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Fabulous Vintage Inspired Front Row Beach Hut

We needed a day by the sea and hiring a beach hut in February was the perfect way to do it. We brought a picnic, books and board games and set about a relaxing day sitting on the balcony under blankets, gazing at the sea - just what we had hoped for. The deserted beach in front of the hut was like having a private garden. Our children found buckets and spades for building sandcastles and happily played while we watched on - idyllic.

Danika’s place was immaculately clean and well-presented, with lots of thoughtful finishing touches. The location is really good - right on the coast, with views out to sea and just a 15 minute stroll down the promenade into Margate proper. We even booked a meal in Westgate-On-Sea from the recommendation pack in the flat which was lovely.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment, it was clean, tidy and we felt at home straight away. The view is stunning and it was great to have chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view in comfort. The bed was comfy and the whole place was well equipped with everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Had a homely feel and you could tell that a lot of care goes into it all. Christie was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay so no hesitation in strongly recommending this place. I'll be looking to return at my next holiday opportunity!
