Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

Welcome to ♡ Vienna! The quietly located Butterfly Suite in the 12th district is designed for 1 to 4 people - not just for musicians! Discover Vienna in the Biedermeier: in the former suburb of Margareten, I designed this apartment with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishings, stylistically based on the time of the Congress of Vienna. In the bathroom with a tub, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. With breakfast and small meals, you can cater for yourself at any time in the kitchen with a dishwasher.
